To activate the cheat mode, bring up the console by hitting the ~ key. Then type "iamtheone" (without the quotes) and hit enter. To use a cheat, then just hit tab and type in a code.
ALLAMMO 999 ammo for all guns
FLY fly around
GHOST Noclip through walls
WALK stop flying or GHOSTING
KILLALL class Kills all enemies of a specific class
PLAYERSONLY freeze time (type again to resume)
GOD God mode
OPEN MAPNAME Warp to desired map
SUMMON itemname Summon various items (flakcannon, nali, quadshot, etc.)
BEHINDVIEW 1 Third-person view
BEHINDVIEW 0 First-person view
