| ~Josh Jackson and his Co-star: What was it like when Meredith came to the creek? : “Meredith is an instantly endearing person. I wake up and thank my lucky stars I get to spend all day with her.” Did you know what your plat line was going to be? : “We knew there was going to be some sort of love interest between us. But once they saw Meredith work, they made her more integral to the show. She’s so strong it’d be silly not to use her.” How is it working with her? : “Fantastic. The scary thing is I’m being outstripped by her. When she got here she was kinda nervous. Every week she gets better and better, and I’m staying the same. She’s kinda freaking me out. I’m going to have to knock her down a couple of notches.” Did you bond off the set to play the close couple? : “Well, any off the scene bonding would be kinda weird since her boyfriend , Steve, is down here.” Do you hang with her when your not working? : “Being in love takes up a lot of her time. She’ll go away on the weekends, do whatever she loves to do.” You have some pretty heavy scenes together. Is that weird with her boyfriend Steve is around? : “It’s always strange when steve’s there. It’s like ‘I’m going to be kissing your girlfriend for then next 12 hours’ but trust me there’s nothing less romantic then doing a love scene in front of 70 mad crew workers who just want to get to lunch.” Does she ever get freaked out when he’s around? : “No, I don’t think he has anything to worry about. These 2 are gross in love. As a single guy I hate to get caught up in Couples corner.” Have you seen a lot of Meredith’s work from before she joined Dawson’s? : “It’s one of my missions to find all the skeletons in Meredith’s closet. She’s in a gang of commercials now Meredith owns the airways.” How do you spend your time off? : “In the summer I know all my days on the beach. Sometimes life down here feels we’re 40 year olds trapped in a 20 year olds body.” Do you think Pacey’s getting a little to nice? : “Don’t worry were going to make him bad again.” Will you ever get together with anyone other then Andie? : “If he gets together with someone else that means I can’t work with Meredith anymore. I can’t not work with this girl or I’d go through withdrawal.” |
