What have you been waiting for? Your bud is totally after a more meaningful and close relationship. Don’t leave him hanging. Show your interest in him too (if you do indeed have some.) You two are a likely pair. Your relationship is carefully balanced between best buds and potential couple. Don’t be afraid to make the first move (but make sure it’s not something that would ruin your relationship.) The best way to know if he’s into you is to ask one of his guy buds. Guys never keep their mouth’s shut!
