Are you messing up your mug?:
Bad move: Touching your face. It transfers bacteria and oil from your hands.
Smooth move: Keep your mitts clean with frequent soapy washings, and ask a friend to tell you when you touching your face.
Bad move: Mashing the phone against your cheek and/or sleeping on your hand. The friction can cause telltale cheek and chin breakouts.
Smooth move: Quit the leaning habit, swab down the phone pre-call with an astringent, and sleep with your hand inside the pillowcase.
Bad move: Ignoring dirty hair. Greasy locks are a major cause of forehead and back acne.
Smooth move: Shampoo locks daily (at least your bangs) to wash away oil and hait products. Wear a ponytale or bun to keep hair off you back.
Bad move: Prodding, pinching, picking, or squeezing pimples can result in even more zits and scarring.
Smooth move: Dab zits with a treatment and be patient. They will go away faster (honest) if you dont maul them.
