Okay, everyone! Hi again! I have a nickname in dance! It's "Hanson Girl"! LOL. Anyway, anyone who hasn't listened to their new music really should give it a try...don't be close-minded just cuz they're Hanson...and I promise you there's no MMMBop. But I know there are still going to be those narrow-minded people out there who wouldn't listen to Hanson if their life depended on it, god forbid they give anything new a try, so it's their loss, and I'll stop preaching now. It's Friday!!! I'm always hyper on Fridays. It never fails! I actually don't have any news cuz I've been so involved in high school and that's why I haven't updated in such a long time! I mean, I think having four hours of homework, field hockey, Irish dance (I GOT MY HARDSHOES!!!)and art crew constitutes as being busy, don't you? (If you don't think so, you live on another planet, no offense. I have to be in bed by ten thirty, I don't have forever, you know.) Anyway, I don't really know what to do to the site. BEAT REGINA, BEAT BEAT REGINA!!! GOOOOOO MUSTANGS!!! Just a little Powderpuff school spirit for ya'll. Yes, I know updates have been nonexistant, but high school takes up a lot of your time! Anyway, I have to make this quick, cuz I have to call people and see who's going to a dance tonight and who I can meet there, ect. Um, I actually don't know much about the latest, but I think they've started filming in Spain for Ep.II, and there have been tons of domain names listed for Ep.II characters, or something like that. Hmmmm...that's about all I know off the top of my head, but if you want lots of detail, go to theforce.net and episode-x.com They have sources that are actually in contact with people at Lucasfilm (or so they say), and people who can get inside views on things, ect. I'm 14. I can't do that. Sooo...go to the first hand sources and then come back here and read more about it!!! Fun, fun, fun, don't you think? As we all know, you can never get enough of Star Wars. Oh, and while I'm at it, the author of Cyan's Song (Tasha Amos, right?) has written a sequel to it, and both parts have been posted on fanfiction.net Go read it!!! Good stories! Yay!! Anyway, I have to go...yes, it does take me awhile to get ready for an all girls night out, even if there are boys there...am I making any sense? I don't think so...anyway, HAPPY FRIDAY, EVERYONE!!! I found another Fett story that convinces me I'm not alone! It's on the Star Wars Chicks site, and is called From Bounty to Bride. Oops. Just gave away the ending with the title. It's good! So what if the characterization is a little off? So what if they kiss a couple times? It's sweet. Okay, let me guess what you're thinking. Fett is not sweet. He is a cold hearted bounty hunter who has no feelings for any sentient being whatsoever, and never will. It is impossible that he would get married, or even kiss someone, and the thought of it makes me puke. Did I guess right? Well...okay, so according to canon, that's his character...in the original trilogy. What if (here's the author in me) he was happily married and had a child in the prequels? And what if something came along and destroyed his family and home? What if that's what turned him into the heartless hunter we know (and still love, despite all things)? And no one can disprove that because we haven't seen him in the prequels. And remember -- we were told to forget everything we supposedly knew about him, so we can throw the Jaster Mereel thing out the window, even though that's what people are going to go by until they get something else to replace it with (the Kitster theory, maybe?). So...here's where you guys are going to start yelling at me again...what if that all was true, and he was capable of falling in love, ect., ect.? Even if he swore it off for the rest of his life and has been doing a pretty good job of it since, it could happen, couldn't it? Anything is possible, especially in fantasy. So if you ask why would he end up falling in love...why not? Sorry. I'm kind of in a rebellious mood after reading all of these "power to Hanson" sites that I love. They will conquer all that boyband (*NSync, BSB, 98 Degrees) crap eventually and with the Goo Goo Dolls, Matchbox 20, Kid Rock, ect., rule music. Ahem. Before you start with "Hanson are girls" "Hanson are gay", listen to their new CD and give it a chance. It's not MMMBop anymore, believe me. And I like them because of their music, not because of their looks (even though I think they are cute). And, besides the music, have you read some of the lyrics to their new songs? Huh? Have you? Then how can you say they suck when you haven't given them a chance? Have an open mind, everyone. Okay, thank you for listening to "Power to Hanson", and now back to Star Wars. I would write a story dealing with the scenario I described above, but it's a little too cliche for me. I prefer the "I'm here to capture you for the bounty on your head" <---Fett "Not on your life, Blaster Boy" ><----female bounty *Fett carts her kicking and screaming to his ship and dumps her in a cell* "I hate you, you (some sort of obscenity)" ><----female bounty *Some sort of indifferent remark, or no remark at all from Fett* *something happens to make him gain respect for her* *he gains a little too much respect* *she likes him, he likes her, they fall in love* *he dumps her off at jabba's* *jabba doesn't kill her for the sake of the story* *she escapes and finds fett* *they don't get married, but keep in touch, the end* type of story. Then there's always the stories where the female isn't a bounty (fellow hunter -- well huntress, someone he meets in some sort of weirdo situation), but I won't make you listen to those scenarios. I have no life, right? Well, outside of Star Wars and all those fanfics, I'm writing a fantasy novel with >no romance whatsoever! I know people who are very upset with me because of that, but I'm proud of myself. But to answer the question, not really! I just have a very active imagination. Have you been to www.maxpages.com/oswf lately? I did the handiwork on all the date stories, including the ongoing MEC one. They're supposed to be humorous, but I don't know if I managed that. You think I'm bad about updating? (Okay, so I am, but hey.) My poor diary hasn't received a single ounce of attention since, oh, the beginning of May. Let's see...oh yes! I'm quite sure you've guessed that Fett is my favorite character. I re-read Loner's Heart for the, oh, twentieth time before going to bed last night. It was sooooo sad and sooooooo touching. I love that story! And for everyone who thinks "Fett" and "love" shouldn't be in the same story, think again! The author did a great job of keeping him in character for the entire story. I mean, you get the idea that he wants her safe, but not that he likes her. Until the last few pages. It's sooooo sad at the end. I cried the first time I read it, and I don't cry at very much. But when you finish, you're kind of like 'Whoa, that was a great story.' I'm ordering everyone to read it! Go to www.bobafettfanclub.com to read it. It's in the fan fic section. Oh, and while you're there...*smiles*...read Cyan's Song. And why not try Child of Revenge? (Fett is in character throughout in this one, I promise.) Cyan's Song may make some Fett fans want to hurt their computer (and then go hunt down the author and hurt her), but I loved it! And I think most female Fett fans would like it too. My friend Kathryn read it, and she barely knows who the guy is and she loved it. So if you just want to read a well written story, read Cyan's Song. Be warned, though, it should be given a PG/PG-13 rating for language and other stuff. Anyway, let's drag my fanfic saturated brain away from Fett stories and concentrate on Fett in Episode 2. (What? You actually think I should drop the topic of Fett completely? You're insane.) I think Temuera Morrison (if he's been cast) would make an awesome Fett. He's not my exact image of Fett, but he has the right build, and he looks...hmmm. Kind of like, don't mess with me. And he could be considered handsome, too, which works for Fett. I'm working on it, I'm working on it! I tied up my parents' phone line for two and a half hours last night putting up the poll page and the Episode 2 section last night. The Ep. 2 section should be updated frequently. If it isn't, send me an e-mail telling me to!!! Now, what does everyone think about the Darren Hayes situation? I think it's kinda cool, considering that Savage Garden is my second favorite band (trust me, you don't want to know my first. You'd run away screaming that I was insane.) What? You still want to know? Well...okay. My favorite band is Hanson!!! Now I don't want any hate mail or "Hanson Sucks" entries in my guestbook, so just forget about it. I like Star Wars, right? That's gotta mean something to you if you're visiting this site. Anyway, who do you think he was cast as (if he was cast)? Well, he fits my image of someone almost exactly... Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what color eyes he has? You know what, let me check it out. I'll be back! Okay, I'm back! That took all of five minutes, but now I'm definitely wondering if the casting director (Robin Gurland) and George Lucas have the same image of this character as I do... Well, if you go to the Boba Fett Fan Club message boards (my absolute favorite place on that site), there is one discussion on what Fett looks like under the mask. Now even before I read that, I had my own image of him: brown/black hair, green eyes (or at least light colored), and kinda like an angular face shape...you know what I mean? Now this is where Darren Hayes comes in - - he has black hair and grey/blue eyes. He just kinda fits my image of Fett. Now this is pure rumor mixed with MY thoughts (which probably makes it totally unbelievable), so don't take it seriously at all. All I'm saying that is with my image of Fett, if Hayes was cast, that's my guess as to who he would be, based on my opinions. I'd like to hear everyone else's thoughts on this, so sign the guestbook!

Okay, I'm not hyper anymore! Basically, my plans for the "renovation" include an Episode 2 update section and sub-sections on the main characters. I'm also debating whether of not to add a message board, but since no one really signs the guestbook, maybe I won't. Well, I'll give it a trial run and see. E-mail me suggestions for topics if you want, or I'll just come up with my own (imagine what a disaster that might turn out to be. In a few months the topic of the week might be: "What would Darth Vader look like in a pink tutu?") Anyway, I start re-doing the site today! Beware! *Cackles evilly*

I know, I know, I have deprived you of updates for the last six months. I'm sooooooo sorry. If you want to send Boba Fett after me, go right ahead. I deserve it. Actually, like I said on my home page, since I like him soooo much and since he's my favorite character, it wouldn't be punishment at all!!! So I'm begging you -- OMG!!! Story idea!!! *Files away idea for future use* Like I was saying, I'm begging you to send Fett after me!!! Okay, who's excited about Episode 2? *Raises her hand and jumps up and down shouting "ME ME ME ME ME ME!!!"* I can't wait two more years!!! No!!! It's not right! I HATE ALL POP-UPS!!! Sorry, I'm really not in a good mood right now (okay, so that's an understatement). I don't feel well, I have Spanish homework that I don't understand, I can't get my left foot to turn out when I do my kicks in dance, I didn't get to see Star Wars because no one would drive me, and the world is just cruel and evil. Oh well. Winter vacation is in a week, so there's something to look forward to. I want to read this really awesome book called The Great Hunt, but I have a headache so I shouldn't (so that probably also means I shouldn't be updating my website). Dang it! Tampa Bay just scored against the Lions. Oh well. The Red Wings are more interesting to watch. Yawn...I'm soooo tired. And dizzy, now that I think of it. I think I'll go to bed early tonight. Hey, I finally got around to updating this thing. School makes things soooo hectic. Anyway, I put up an Aurra Sing page. If you want to know who the heck I'm talking about, go visit it!

Read some Episode 2 rumors flying aroud the Internet; supposedly Aurra Sing might turn out to be Boba Fett. Yes, I know, I hate the fact that Boba Fett might turn out to be a female, but I wouldn't be so upset if the coolest bounty hunter in the Star Wars universe turned out to be Aurra Sing. However, I still hope George Lucas DOES NOT MAKE FETT A FEMALE. I also have some arguments to back up the fact that it might be hard to make Fett a female.

This may sound confusing, but stick with me here. Okay, in Ep.1, we see Anakin (a.k.a. Darth Vader) as a nine year old child. From what we know, Fett is roughly his age, ten years older than Han Solo and twenty years older than Luke Skywalker. So if Fett were to be Aurra Sing, either Fett is older than we think, or Aurra Sing is a really tall nine year old. And, from what else we know, Fett is not Force sensitive -- Aurra Sing is. In a Star Wars comic book, she has said to be able to see into the future -- a trait of a Jedi. And what about all of those things we've come to believe about Fett's original name being Jaster Mereel and coming from the planet of Concord Dawn? Even if Lucas doesn't put that in the movies, or say it himself, Fett is known as a male by his fans, and has been accepted as a male by most everyone. In my opinion, it would be a mistake on Lucas's part to make Fett a female. I'm sticking by my opinion that Fett is male, unless by some weird and wacky occurance, it is proven that he is actually a female.
