Strength, Speed, Brain, Health, and Magic Power (MP). These are the 5 different stats.
All Characters, big and small will recieve stat improvements with every level gained. The total stat improvements will always be 2 to every stat.

Strength:
Strength means how much damage a creature can do to another creature (who doesn't have armor, beacuse armor will reduce the amount of damage taken). Lets say that a creature has a Str.5, and the thing it is attacking (Creature 2) has a armor that reduces the amount of damage by 3. So 5-3=2, so the attacking creature does 2HP damage to creature 2. Also, you may have more than one type of armor, but that is covered later. If you do have more that 1 peice of armor on, then just add up how much all the armor reduces and subtract that from the attackers str. Also, certain weapons and armor and things like that may make bonusus to stats, which need to be taken into account when battling.

Speed:
Speed- to show what speed is, i will give you an example.
Creature 1 Has a speed of 6.
Creature 2 has a speed of 3.
When creature 1 attacks creature 2, he does 3 damage (all the armor has already been worked out). The amount of damge, 3, is equal to creature 2's speed, so he dodges the attack. If the damage given to the defender (after all the armor and strength is worked out) is equal to or less than the defenders speed, than the defender dodges the attack. Get it? If not, read it again!

Brain:
Brain doesn't do much (acually, nothing in battle), but it helps the creature use certain items and weapons that may be complicated to work. Lets say that this is the weapons description:
Sword
+2 Strength
Requirments:1 Brain
That means that for the creature to use the item he needs at least one brain point in his stats.

Health-
The amount of HP a character has. When a character loses all HP, he (or she) is dead. You lose HP when you recieve damage from something. Say creature 1 has 30 HP, and Creature 2 does 3 damage to him (after all armor is worked out) then Creature 1 loses 3 HP and now has 27HP. To heal your HP back to its maximum, go to the INN message board, and post "Staying at INN" everyone stays at the inn for at least 3 hours, meaning that you can't do anyhting else in the RPG for at least 3 hours. (see the INN rules)

Magic Power (MP)
When you join, you will need to put down your characters magic power. Magic Power, is the power of the spells you cast, and how many times you can cast a spell, like certain spells rewuire a certain amount of MP to be used. This does not lower your stat, but it does lower your current "MP" for every stat point you put on your magic power, you max MP goes up 10. Example:
Magic Power:4
Max HP:40
4x10=40
Also, certain spells may require certain Magic Power in stats. For example:
Staff Of Lighting
Req:3 MP
