She is playing with a young chansey.  You see the chansey isnt wearing a nurse hat. "Oh, so i see you have seen our chansey.. he isnt well.. right.. My younger sister plays with him all the time. I need to get to work on your pokemon. See yah a little later." Nurse Joy says. Then the younger nurse joy sees you. She walks over to you. The baby Chansey starts to cry as she leaves. "Hello, my name is Nurse Joy! Are you a trainer? Yes you have to be! Well, i can give you this chansey, Its heart wants to explore and battle. Of course you wont be able to just take it.
