The package as a whole is a result of 23 years of group research into the true origin of Kung Fu in general and Wing Chung Kung Fu in particular. The instructor, Tim Crook is easy to follow as he shows you the proper moves on the wooden dummy and forms. Video and sound quality is very good. If you already have a background in martial arts and want to know the real history of Wing Chun than this series is for you.
