August 8 1999
September 9, 1999, the Biggest Day of the Year for Gamers. Sure Sega suffered quite a blow from the failure of the Saturn (a whole $378 million was lost) but It looks like Sega's back and it's better than ever. This system will make history with it's internet ablities.Sega's going to make everone know it's here.Sega's alreday put ads for the systemin tons of magazines. It also as it's T.V. ads in America's most popular shows.Tune in the Sega sponsered MTV Music awards and you'll see 1.4 million dollar comercial by the same people who made the movie Antz. The nice thing about the Dreamcast is that it won't lack in games on it's release (Unlike the N64 that had 3 games on it's launch. The weren't any more games until a few months later)
