These are the rules you must follow when you summon a eternal dragon. May I repeat no one can wish to be immortal where is the fun in that. Also for me to grant your wish you have to describe the scenray so I will know that you have the real dragonballs. That also means when the dragonballs scatter or just turned to stone. Each 7 days you must right a story how you got the dragonball. any miss weeks will make it longer.

Earth Dragon>Shen Lon 1 wish
To awaken the eternal dragon of shen lon these ais what you must do.
1. Must collect all 7 dragonballs.
2. Summon the dragon (anyone can summon the Earth dragon)
3. State your wish clearily and if u say it wrong your wish may be screwed up.

Wishes you can make from Shen Lon
1. To get 120,000 (Can be a group wish)
2. Any 3 item
3. Wish back a dead person only one time
4. Wish to another planet
5. Wish to learn any move other than kaio kan, spirit bomb, or evil energy
6. 100,000 Dollars

Vegeta Dragon>Macron 2 wishes (dragon made up so don't try to look it up)
1. Must collect all 7 dragonballs
2. Summon the dragon (Only Saiyans can summon the dragon)
3. State your wish clearily

Wishes you can make from Macron
1. 110,000 power level increase (Only one can be made one in a calling) (can be a group wish)
2. Any 2 items
3. Wish back a dead person (can wish a group of people many times)
4. Wish to another planet (must be last wish)
5. Same as Earth number 5 wish
6. 90,000 Dollars (one per calling)

Namek Dragon>Porunga 3 wishes
1. Must collect all 7 dragonballs
2. Summon the dragon (Only nameks can)
3. State your wish clearily

Wish can be made from Porunga
1. 100,000 power level increase (only one per calling) (Can be a group wish)
2. Any 1 item
3. Wish back any dead person multiple times but only one person
4. Wish to a new planet (must be last wish)
5 Same as the other number 5s
6. 80,000 Dollars (one per calling)

Black stars>black star dragon 2 wishes but strongest
1. Must collect all 7 (2 on earth, 2 on Vegeta 2 Namek 1 in space)
2. Summon the dragon (Any body can do it)
3. Fight the dragon to prove you are worthy of the wish. (Dragon will only be 20,000 of yoour max pl transformations not counted. So if you reach transformation it will switch to 20,000 less than your pl but still difficult.)

Wishes can be made from Black star Dragon
1. 250,000 Power level boost (One per calling) (Can be a group wish)
2. 10 of any item
3. Wish back people multple times and groups
4. Can wish to destroy a planet (If a planet is destroyed the black stars will be in outer space)
5. Wish to bring back a planet
6. Wish to create a new planet (Only other way to get a planet other than buying)
7. Wish to learn any move
8. 150,000 Dollars (one per calling)

Nameks can create there own dragonballs. But they must be on a planet that they are none on. You must also spend A entire month on the planet for real month.
all with the same capabilities or earth balls.

If you are regular namek your balls will only grant one wish
If you are super namek your balls will grant 2 wishes
If you are super namek 2 your balls will grant 3 wishes
If you are super namek 3 your balls will grant 4 wishes
If you are super namek 4 your balls will grant 5 wishes
If you are a ultimate namek your balls will grant 6 wishes
