Master Ball in Silph Co.:
Go directly to the third floor in Silph Co. and defeat the Team Rocket member. Enter the room on the right and use the teleport. You will now be on the seventh floor. Get the Lapras and defeat Gary. Use the teleport to reach the eleventh floor. Win the battle against Team Rocket and Giovanni, then get the Master Ball from the President of Silph Co.

Mimic (TM 31):
Go to Saffron City and enter the copycat's house. Give her a pokedoll and will give you TM 31, which is Mimic.

Fifth Moon Stone:
Go to Cinnabar Island and look to the right to find a row of blocks. Look in between the fourth and fifth blocks to get the fifth moon stone.

Items in Vermilion City:
There is a space that you can go through in Vermilion City that leads to a tree. Press A at that location to find a potion.
Use a water type Pokemon and go next to the building where you can trade a Spearow for a Farfetch. Go to the edge of the water and surf next to the building up one space. Then press A to get a Max Ether.

Items in Viridian City:
Use a water type Pokemon and surf in the area above the gym. Surf up one space and look to the right. Press A to get Max Ether.

Finding more items:
Go to either of the two underground paths. Use the Itemfinder after entering to find items that people have dropped.
