Not in episode format, but starts from episode 14 and ends in episode 18
Goku stops at his house in Mt. Paozu and picks up some of his possessions before he
starts training with Mast Roshi/Kame Sennin. Meanwhile, Yamcha, Bulma, Puar and
Oolong mysteriously crash in a jungle causing them to walk their way, back to
civilization. As they are walking, a bald person/Krillin runs furiously past them. Goku
flies to Roshi’s house on his flying nimbus, kintoun and finally arrives.
Master Roshi makes one thing clear to Goku before he accepts him as his disciple. That
Goku must find a bouncy/pretty girl for Master Roshi. Goku isn’t to familiar with girls,
because he only knows Bulma and Chi Chi, so he picks up two repulsive women that
Roshi does not like. Then a bald man with a bag, jumps out of his boat and flies into the
ground with his head. He tells Roshi he wants to be his apprentice. Roshi doesn’t know
about it so Krillin opens his bag and pulls out a whole bunch of dirty magazines, and
Roshi accepts him as well. They’re first task together is to find a bouncy girl. They ride
on Nimbus, Krillin has to hold onto Goku because he doesn’t have a pure heart. Goku
points to a man and asks if Roshi would want her. Krillin tells him that’s a guy and that
he’s a guy too. Meanwhile, a woman named Lunch is running away from the police on
her motorcycle. She throws a grenade at the police. She turns her head to shoot the cops,
but her hair gets in her face and she sneezes, and her hair turns black and she falls off her
motorcycle. The police point their guns at her. She asks who are they and what do they
want with her. She screams. Goku asks Krillin, if he heard someone scream. They fly
down to where Lunch is.
Goku and Krillin think she is being attacked. They both jump down. Krillin hides behind
a rock. Goku doesn’t. Goku easily defeats the two officers. Raichi thanks them and
Krillin comes out of the rocks and says it was no problem. Goku asks Krillin if Roshi
would like her. So they go on the flying nimbus to Roshi’s house. They arrive and Roshi
is in the bathroom. Goku goes outside his door and plugs his nose. Raichi opens her
backpack and says she must have robbed a bank or another train again. Roshi checks out
Raichi form to p to bottom and gets very excited. Raichi says when she sneezes, her
personality changes. Roshi is so pleased that he accepts Goku and Krillin as his students.
Roshi greets her and she says she was rescued by his grandsons. Roshi says he is their
brother. He says he’s just kidding. Roshi asks her if she will stay on the island with them
and she says yes. Roshi jumps up and down. Roshi asks her to train with him and she
agrees. He gives her her uniform. She is about to change into her uniform in front of
them, but Krillin says something and she goes inside. She comes out wearing a black
skimpy outfit. Goku and Roshi and Krillin have the same thing on. Then a bee flies right
by her and she sneezes. Lunch (She has blonde hair and is the bad personality) shoots a
gun at them. She sneezes again and apologizes. Roshi decides to move to a bigger island.
When they get there, there are more people on the island than Roshi expected. Raichi
yawns and they hide behind a rock. For training, Krillin runs 100 meters in 10.4 seconds.
Goku runs it in 11 seconds. He says it’s because of his shoes. His shoes are all beat up.
He uses Krillin shoes and runs it in 8.5 seconds. Rosh takes off his turtle shell and runs it
in 6.5 seconds. Krillin goes to get Roshi a beer n the house. He sees Raichi and asks her
for a beer. She is about to give it to him, but she sneezes and runs after Krillin with a
knife. Now for the next test, Roshi puts his turtle symbol on a rock and throws it into the
wilderness. Whoever finds it first can eat dinner. The loser doesn’t eat. They have 30
minutes. The two go out in search for it. Krillin picks up a rock and puts the turtle
symbol on it and gives it back to Roshi. Roshi sees right through it and throws it at
Krillin head. He tells him to bring him the real one. While searching, Krillin is attacked
by a sabertooth tiger and he easily knocks it out. Krillin hears Goku say he found it.
Krillin goes to Goku. Krillin asks to see it. Goku gives it to him. Krillin runs away and
then the two fight. Goku blocks Krillin’s kick and then beats up Krillin. Goku asks for
the rock back. Krillin throws a fake rock far away. Goku runs after it. Krillin pulls out the
real rock and runs to Roshi and gives him the rock. Roshi says it the real one. Krillin,
Roshi, and Raichi eat dinner that night. Goku does not. The next 3 days, the spend in bed
because of food poisoning.
3 days later at 4:30 a.m.
Goku, Roshi, and Krillin go for some light jogging. They jog to a milk delivery place.
Instead of delivering milk with the chopper, Krillin and Goku must do it on foot. Then
they run up the stairs of a giant mountain to deliver milk. Krillin overhears Roshi saying
that he is training them for the Tenkaichi Budokai/ World Martial Arts Tournament. Now
they deliver milk while balancing on a log. Then they run in about 3 feet of sand. Then
the run in a river. Then they are chased by a dinosaur. Krillin and Goku fall down tired.
Now they must plow a field with their bare hands. After that Roshi says they will have to
go faster tomorrow when the field gets bigger. Then they eat. Then they do some reading.
Then they sleep. After they wake up they have to do some construction work. Now they
have to move a giant rock. Roshi moves it, so does Goku. Then Goku tries to move a
bigger rock, but can’t. But is happy that he moved the first rock farther than Roshi did.
Now they have to swim. Krillin thinks this will be easy. They have to swim from a shark.
Then they are tied up to a tree. Then all these bees attack them. They have to dodge all
the bees. Then Roshi says that’s a day. They will be doing the same thing for eight
months. Now they have to wear 20-kilo shells on their back.
Both of them are shocked, but they are still determined to fight in the tournament. The
training continues for the next few months, and one month before the tournament both
Krillin and Goku are able to move a massive boulder. Roshi, impressed by their strength,
tells them that for the last month of training both pupils would be wearing 40 Kilogram
shells. In the meantime, Yamcha has been preparing for the tournament by living out in
the wild. He finally returns to the city to participate in the Budokai.
