| The only advise I can give you on this "realestate" subject, is to use a REAL real estate agent!!!! And don't go with any company that says their way is easier!!! Cause, it may be easier, But, is it LEGAL!!! REAL-ESTATE is a LEGAL issue!!!! Even in VIRGINIA!!!
