1. Youth Ministry
- The Youth Ministry at the Greater St. James Baptist Church provides an opportunity for teenagers to fellowship together and learn about the love of Christ. The youth are given the opportunity to fellowship together through various activities including: Drill Team, Saturday Rap Sessions, Youth Choir Rehearsals which is every 1st & 3rd Saturday, Home Work Coordinations, Special Activity Fellowships, Car Wash, Movie Day and Career Day.

2. Women's Ministry
- The Women's Ministry exists to enhance the efforts of the Christian Women to be better, well rounded, kind and gentle women of God. It is also designed to help, build-up or mobilize women across the nation, for the sake of the Gospel. The Women's Ministry here at the Greater St. James Baptist Church fellowship together through Bible Retreats, Prayer Breakfast, Parent/Marriage/Single Counseling, JOB Referral Development Programs, and Budget Analysis Sessions

3. Men's Ministry
- The purpose of the Men's Ministry is also to touch men's lives and to encourage them to be better, kinder, gentle but strong men. It is also to relieve the pressures of the world through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Encouraging, discipling, mentoring them to mature spiritually; empowering them to serve Christ, their families, church and community. Equipping them to fulfill their God given ministries. Some of our fellowships include: Bible Retreats, Prayer Breakfasts, Parent/Marriage/Single Counseling, JOB Referral Development Programs, Budget Analysis Sessions and Male Responsibilities Classes.
"And the things that thou has heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou of faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also" - II Timothy 2:2 (KJV)

4. Music Ministry
- The Music Ministry invites you to exercise your talents and gifts in reaching others for Jesus. There's a place for you and your family in this ministry. Christians have fun learning more about music and how it can be used for God's glory through the Music Ministry.

5. Hospitality Ministry
- The Hospitality Ministry is here to reach out and provide assistance to our fellow christian families, friends and communities. As it is written, "If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the midday". - Isaiah 58:10

6. Health Promotion Ministry
- The Health Promotion Ministry wants to heal your internal body as well as the spiritual. God's desire for us is to enjoy good healthy living. In the Book of Daniel, what example did Daniel set in the importance of proper dieting? "Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wines of the king. He asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way, instead he asked them to test him for ten days and be given nothing but fresh vegetables and drinking water. And after ten days, it was found that Daniel was even stronger and much more healthy than those servants who was found eating unhealthy foods and drinking wine" - Daniel 1:8-12
