STAR WARS POLICE EPISODE 2 SUMMARY

This summary was completely written by me and no one else. I wrote it based on the reports I've read, the things I've heard and what I think will happen. Print it out and save it and see how close I was to the real thing next year.

EPISODE 2: The Clone Wars

At the opening scene Padme Amidala's diplomatic ship crashes on Coruscant, the victim of a terrorist attack there. Padme's decoy, Corde, dies in her arms. Padme goes to the Jedi Council to report this. Yoda says that she is strong in the Force and that it is a great gift to see her alive. Padme goes to the Senate to warm them of a rising Clone Army revolution, led by Count Dooku in th Genoisis system. Padme's life is again threatned by 2 assasin droid, but Anakin saves her. Anakin and Obi-Wan guard her and follow Zam Wessel, a bounty hunter, to a nightclub. They capture her but she is shot with a kyber dart that disinegrates her body by Jango Fett. (This is why anakin/darth vader tells boba fett no disintegrations! in empire because his father disntegrated Zam Wessel years earlier.)The senate decides to send a Jedi Army to Genoisis in four standard weeks. Meanwhile,Anakin and Padme go with Artoo and Threepio to Tatooine to see Shmi, but she is killed by Tusken Raiders when they arrive. The four leave and head back to Coruscant. Meanwhile, Obi-Wan goes on a mission to Kalmonia with Taun We to find the source of the clones. He meets Boba Fett who at this point is a 10 year old child. Obi-Wan discovers Jango Fett is the source of the clones but Jango shoots him and kills Taun We. Obi-Wan is imprisoned and Anakin and Padme come to rescue him. Obi-Wan kills Jango as they escape They all go to Genoisis where Padme takes the droids to find the Jedi battling clones in an arena. Both sides are brutally killing each other. Meanwhile, Count Dooku, (also known as Darth Tyrannus, trained by Palpatine) the leader of the Clone Resurection, finds the two Jedi and they begin dueling. They are no match for Dooku who taunts Obi-Wan by saying Qui-Gonn must have been a terrible master and Anakin by saying Padme is dead. Obi-Wan tells Anakin to concentrate on the fight and ignore him. Upon hearing what is a confirmation of Padme's death from Obi-Wan Anakin gets so mad he even takes a swing at Obi-Wan. Anakin then turns his rage on Dooku, who is driven steadily back by Anakin's fierce attack. Dooku regains control though and just as he is about to kill them, Yoda steps in on the scene and whilrs around, lightsaber in hand, dodging, swirling and diving. He knocks Dooku off a ledge but Dooku still escapes.
Apparently the Jedi defeated the clones at the arena. But as Yoda tells Obi-Wan, begun, the clone wars have, so, a victory, this was not.
Anakin and Padme are married at this point.
The closing scene shows Dooku talking to Palpatine. telling of the success of the 'diversion. Apparently, the Clone wars are a diversion to bring Palpatine to power. (While Republic forces are losing to the clones the senates only option will be to give palpatine more power)
