| Agents Of Chaos Book 1 Heros Trial By James Luceno The AOC series revolves mostly around 2 agents of chaos that come from the Vong. They claim diplomatic immunity but are really purposely captured and want to release deadly chemicals to a group of Jedi. While the New Republic is distracted with them, the Yuuzhan Vong slowly begin gaining the upper edge in the war. They take over libraries of Obroa-Skai with no problem at all. The agents slowly gain more trust and influence and are almost at the point where they can ask for a meeting with the Jedi. Han Solo is looking for revenge for Chewie's death and goes off alone, away from his family for quite some time. Leia then visits the Hapes Cluster to try to get them to join the war against the Vong. There are a few battles where Peace Brigade forces try to take over the new republic ship holding the agents and they fail. The book ends there....(on a personal note, i thought this book was the worst of all of the NJO books. it wasn't bad, but it doesn't stand anywhere's near the others.) Star Wars Police Rating System give Heros Trial a 6.5 out of a possible 10. |
