This is my personal fav for any game situation-

Build drones to 9
Fake morph drone
Make hatch beside your first for fast money
Save 200
Overlord while you spawning and hatch building pump some more drones
Make about 20 ling and send them in waves while you tech expo

#1
Build up to 9 drones.
Fake morph a drone
- Build an extractor (drone count goes to 8)
- build another drone (drone count back at 9)
- Cancel the extractor (drone count at 10)
When you have 350 minerals, build another hatchery.
Build a spawning pool
Build an overlord

#2
Build 9 drones
Build a spawning pool
Fake morph a drone (see above)
Build another hatchery
Build an overlord

#3 (my method of pumping hydras)
Build 9 drones
Fake morph drone
Build a hatchery
Build a spawning pool
Build an overlord
Build an extractor
When the extractor is done, take 4 drones off of the minerals and onto gas
Build drones like crazy
Build a few zerglings (more if you feel threatened - your scout should tell you how many you need)
Build a hydra den
Pump hydras
Double Hatchery
This is building another hatchery early in the game. The point of this is to speed up your production. The larvae doesn't come out of one hatchery fast enough for you to build a sufficient attack or defense force. Some people even triple hatch... It's a good idea to have many hatcheries, but make sure you don't have too many. That is just bad playing if you have 12 hatcheries but you can only make use of 2 of them.

Zergling Rush
The idea of this strategy is to swarm your opponent with zerglings very early in the game. There are many different ways of doing this, but the idea is the same: hit so early that any defense that may exist will be crushed. One method of doing this (this is called the 4 pool) is at the very beginning of the game, send all 4 drones to mine (do not use the 50 minerals in the bank). When you have 150 minerals, make a spawning pool. Wait until the spawning pool finishes. You should have 3 larvae and 150+ minerals. Build 6 zerglings (3 sets of 2 zerglings). Then immediately send them to your enemy. Of course the 4 pool has its risks. If your inital attack isn't successful (note, you don't have to win to be successful, as long as you sufficiently screw over your opponent, you're ok), then you're probably going to lose since you have only 3 drones collecting minerals back at home. There are some cases where the 4 pool doesn't work. For example if the map is too big, your opponent can build up a decent defense.

Hydra Swarm/Mass Hydras
This is another very simple strategy that wins a fair amount of time. Build another hatchery early in the game, and build an extractor early in the game. As soon as you can build a hydra den, do so and start building hydras and overlords (you don't ever want to see the "build more overlords") en mass. Build a third hatchery if you have enough money. Send swarm after swarm of hydralisks against your opponent. Get the upgrades (hydra speed and hydra range - range first probably) if you can afford them.

Early Mutalisk
Find a build order somewhere on line for a fast mutalisk build. The idea of fast mutalisks is to get them out and then harrass. Go straight for their worker line with the mutalisks. If they have defense, then move to a different part of his base and attack there. If he follows, move back to the worker line, etc. Just harass him like crazy.

Guardian/Muta/Devourer
This is generally the bad-boy zerg airforce finisher. The guardians lay siege to the hapless land units (the guardian outranges all land anti-air except the goliath with the brood war charon booster upgrade). If air units come, engage them first with devourers (brood war unit, get acid spores on the attacking air units), and THEN engage them with the mutalisks. And always make sure to bring overlords along for cloak detection. If mass anti air comes, fly over a cliff or someplace they can't reach you easily and pick them off.
