Battle.net Font utility:
This tells you how to change a registry key which allows you to toggle which font is displayed in battle.net.

StarCraft Sound Utility: This program extracts all of the starcraft sounds into a folder in your starcraft directory. Once they're extracted, simply replace the sounds with your own. You must have at least 80MB of free space to use this program.

Battle.Net LaunchPad 2.0: BNLP allows you to customize what servers StarCraft chooses from when connecting to battle.net without having to dig into the registry.

BattleOptimizer: BattleOptimizer pings each of the battle.net servers, then changes the server list in the registry to only include the server with the lowest ping.

Battle.net Server List Manager version 1.1: A small VB5 program that allows one to manage the Battle.Net server list without having to use regedit. It includes all the basic functionality of most Battle.Net server optimizers (ping/sort/restore/start SC from within) + allowing you to manage a "private" server list as these battle.net compatible servers become more widespread.

Team Anarchy Starcraft Configurator: TASC enables users to join a private b.net server, then restores their registry to join a public b.net server when they want. TASC also creates the Server Version and Server List keys if they do not already exist, enabling users to play on custom servers without logging into battle.net at least once, first. The source code has been included.

MPQView v1.1: This program will allow you to extract files from the MPQ's and SCM's. It does require the storm.dll from version 1.0 or 1.01 of Starcraft (in your starcraft directory).
