 BraveNet.com. Great free webmaster enhancment utilities from EMail handlers to chat rooms.
TheFreeSite.com. Very comprehensive listings and reviews of all the freebies available on the Net. To keep up with the latest freebies, subscribe to The Free Site freebies newsletter (it's free, of course!).
BeSeen.com Free Page Counters, Web Message Boards, Guest Books, and even Chat rooms. Caution: stay away from the mostly rude public Chat rooms. Create a private standalone room instead. You can pay a bit more for 'Vinylizing' utilities to keep bad words and people out of your chat room. (Automatic junk mail advertising also 'free').

GuestWorld - guestworld.com Free Guestbook . Since the summer of 1995, GuestWorld, formerly Lpage, started as a hobby on a borrowed home PC sitting in a spare bedroom. The guestbook server program itself was actually just a programming experiment that initially was not meant for public use. As the Internet grew in popularity, the program evolved to allow web masters a free guestbook for their web site. It was the first of its kind and caught on quickly. Eventually the program was rewritten in its entirety to be a state-of-the-art database to handle any amount of guestbook owners and their guests.

Site Owner - siteowner.com is another great site for free analysis of your existing sites. Includes Submit form to common search engines and form to determine position of your site on the big search engines.
Mining Co. Guide to Freebies - freebies.miningco.com A Freebie resource website dedicated to getting more for less.
Free Clipart - clipart.co.uk Thousands of clip-art images most are totally FREE to do with as you please !! The only thing they ask in return is a link back to their site so that more people can make use of the service.
