
Great, fleshy taste. Great for pickling or stuffing. I have heard rumors of people stuffing theres with ham and cheese. Ranging from 2500 to 10000 on the scoville scale, these peppers make excellent sauce for certain things, like nachos. They can vary in size, and there color is from green to red. Does well in cold climates also.
Jalapenos need a lot of heat units for flavor and degree of hotness. The severity of the summer determines the heat of the pepper. We have long hot summers here on the plains and that produces hot peppers.
