These are tear dropped hot peppers, that turn from purple to yellow to orange to red. This plant bears so many peppers, with green leaves and purple veins. Word is someone has counted over 300 pepppers on this plant before. Tear-drop shaped peppers turn from purple to yellow to orange to red with all colours present on the plant at the same time. Great container plant. Very prolific. (Capsicum frutescens). 75 days to ripen. Heirloom variety. Grown in Bolivia. Ever bearing, 2-3 foot plants have purple foliage and flowers and yield tiny, pointed 1 inch fruits. Heat level is 6.
Very hot Frutescens species. Beautiful multi-colored decorative pepper and plant. Very similiar to Firecracker.
 
Two great looking Rainbows. The one on the left is much older then the one on the right. The one on the right was planted only just a few months ago.
