From the creators of "Y2K Your Way," it's "Touring the ARCH," the next interactive story. This functions the same as last time. I ask you a question, you answer with your choice. It's simple enough. Let's start out.
Hutchens!
Here!
Johannes!
Here!
Youre lined up single file in front of a rusty old bus in the middle of January waiting for Mr. Chopen to show up. Why? Because he says, The ARCH of St. Louis is a very exciting and informative blah, blah, blah
He never was one of your favorite teachers, but you have heard some positive things about the ARCH. You take the packet out of your backpack and read it.
The Author Re-creation Center for Historians (ARCH) of Pittsburgh is a branch of the ARCH of St. Louis located in St. Louis. The branch is still respectively called the ARCH of St. Louis though. The ARCH is a five-story building that features a museum of over 50 authors including George Orwell, Dr. Suess, Madeline LEngle, and dozens more. Visitors can see the world through the eyes of the worlds greatest literary minds!
As you shove the brochure in your backpack, the line starts to move from the bitter cold outside to the bitter cold bus. You sit down next to your friend Jordan and the bus starts to move. Its a quick forty-five minutes to get into Pittsburgh. You spend most of that time talking to Jordan and Alex and listening to Alexs new CD. You pull up to a very plain, unimpressive building with ARCH in green letters. You all file out of the bus and into the building. On the way you grab a map and another brochure titled TOWERing Possibilities! Some important-looking man is standing up front talking to your group. He starts toward the museum section of the building. You follow him, but then something catches your eye. It really hurt. Then you see an elevator. You look at your map and see only the museum section of the ARCH is mapped out. The whole museum thing doesnt interest you much so you step out of the crowd. You motion for Alex to follow you. You both press up against the wall until Mr. Chopen passes.
What are we doing? Steve asks.
See that elevator?
Yeah.
Lets check it out.
But I wanted to see the Poe exhibit.
Oh shut up and follow me.
You walk up to the door and push the button to open it, nothing happens. You give it a swift kick. It opens. Dont you love modern technology? You both walk into the elevator. There are a series of buttons to the right; a box, a door, a folder, an X, and a cloud.
Okay, this is where you start making choices. Do you
