| According to the Bible "no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again" John 3:3 NIV. So,of course being born again is very important. Being born again is a spiritual rebirth in a sence. Once you become born again-you know it because it changes your life. You become more focused on God and realize that when you put your complete trust in God you can get through anything. "with God all things are possible" Matthew 19:26 | Jesus died for us on the cross so that our sins can be forgiven, as long as we turn away from sin and ask Jesus to forgive us. Put your complete trust in Jesus...Believe that no matter what, Jesus is still always there. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" John 3:16 NIV Have a relationship with Jesus. You can ask him anything, then just wait for the answer. "If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God" James 1:5 NIV |

| Here are some Bible verses that explain what a born again Christian is. "There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Jesus Christ" Galatians 3:28 NIV This means that when you are a born again Christian, race, gender, and income are no longer important because all of us are one in Christ. "If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" 2 Corinthians 5:17 NIV Born again Christians acctually become God's children. "Yet to all who recieve him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God- children born not of natural descent, nor of human descent or a husband's will, but born of God" John 1:12-13 NIV | THE BIG TEST...How do you know that you are born again. This is very simple. If you believe in Jesus who is God and put your trust in him, then you will get God's spirit- the Holy Spirit. Galatians 3. Do you feel the presence of God within you? If you do-then you have the Holy Spirit and are Born Again. 2 Corinthians 13 At this point you want to turn from sin and always ask God to forgive you when you do sin. Most importantly follow the two comandments that Jesus gave us: #1 Love the lord your God with all of your heart and all of your soul and all of your mind. #2 Love your neighbor as yourself. Matthew 22:37-39 NIV If you follow these two comandments, you just can't go wrong. |
