Complications and Options Decision-Making When You’re Not The "Expert" Fear Cesarean Prevention Relaxation and Visualization for Birth Your Newborn, Breastfeeding and Baby Basics Baby’s Experience of Labour and Birth Newborn Appearance Newborn Exam Breastfeeding Postpartum and the Family: A New Chapter Postpartum Moods and Blues Getting What You Need Nurturing Yourself, Your Baby, Your Partner and Your Family Most couples can learn the information in about 5 sessons, that are about 2 hours each.
