Probably the most famous of all cars from Speed Racer is the fantastic Mach 5. It has auto jacks, a radio controlled bird/homing robot, circular saws, special grip tires, and an automatic clear top. It is also equipped to travel under water.

The Shooting Star

Driven by Speed's older brother Rex Racer a.k.a. Racer X. No special abilities here exept for speed and agility.

The G.R.X. (final form)

The reason I say final form is because the GRX is not the car, but the engine inside it. The car/engine was featured in "the fastest car on earth", and was designed by Ben Cranem. 4 test drivers including the creator crashed due to it's exessive speeds that no one can handle. When Cranem was buried, the GRX was planted with him. Oriana Flub and her men dug the engine out of ground, and put it into this sleek yellow car. However, this was the last of the GRX, when Cranem's son 'Curly' crashed in it. This is one of my favorite "side cars" from Speed Racer.

The Mammoth Car

Built in "Race Against the Mammoth Car" by criminal mastermind Cruncher Block, the Mammoth Car was built almost entirely of $50,000,000 in stolen gold bars. By entering it in 'The No Limit World Race', Cruncher opted to smuggle the gold out of the country. The Mammoth car's main engine has 7,500 horsepower. Each wheel also has an engine with 1,500 horsepower. In total, the Mammoth car is run by 30,000 horsepower. It car travel at 500 mph, on any kind of road (of course there's often a confusion between mph and kph in Speed Racer, so I'm not sure if this is right). It has magnetic brakes, and is over 200 yards long, making the Mammoth car one of the most interseting cars in the series.
