| The Herrin Tiger Cross Country team had a very sucessful season. Both boys and girls teams broke Herrin High School record history, advancing both teams to sectionals. The teams didn't go on to state even though doing an outstanding job. I got the priviledge to make it on the the state finals. There I placed 33rd out of 167 runners. It was a very nerve wrecking experience for me. I was very nervous and didn't run to my potential, but oh well. It wasn't ment to be. Good job Cross Country! |
