Blue Berry: Restores 5 FP

Bubble Berry: Restores 5 HP

Dried Fruit: Recovers 15 HP

Dried Shroom: Recovers 1 HP

Egg: Recovers 5 HP

Fire Flower: Deals 3 HP in damage to all enemies.

Fright Jar: May cause a few enemies to run away

Goomnut: Recovers 3 FP

Honey Syrup: Restores 5 FP

Iced Potato: Restores 5 HP

Jammin' Jelly: Restores 50 FP

Jelly Ultra: Restores 50 FP and 50 HP

Koopa Leaf: Restores 5 FP

Lemon: Restores 1 HP and 2 FP

Life Shroom: This item will automatically revive Mario to 10 HP in battle if he dies

Lime: Recovers 3 FP

Maple Syrup: Restores 10 FP

Mushroom: Restores 5 HP

Mystery?: Has a random effect

Pebble: Can be thrown at an enemy to inflict 1 damage point.

POW Block: Deals 2 damage to all opponents and flips shell-type enemies

Rewd Berry: Restores 5 HP

Repel Gel: Mario becomes invincible for a short while

Shooting Star: Deals 6 damage to all enemies

Sleepy Sheep: Puts enemies to sleep

Snowman Doll: Deals 4 damage to all opponents

Stinky Herb: Restores 5 FP

Stone Cap: Makes Mario invincible for a short while, but he can not attack.

Stop Watch: May paralyze enemies for a few turns

Super Shroom: Recovers 10 HP

Super Soda: Recovers 5 FP along with shrinking and poison.

Tasty Tonic: Cures shrinking and poison status

Thunder Bolt: Deals 5 damage to one enemy

Thunder Rage: Deals 5 damage to all enemies

Ultra Shroom: Recovers 50 HP

Volt Shroom: Makes Mario electrified.

Whacka's Bump: Recovers 25 HP and 25 FP

Yellow Berry: Recovers 3 FP and 3 HP
