Cheats

Mew

To get Mew you need to make sure you have not got on the S.S. Anne or make sure you saved on the S.S. Anne. When you do go on the S.S. Anne, you must get the HM CUT from the captian. After you do that you must blackout in a battle. When you do, you should end up in a Pokecenter and the S.S. Anne should still be there! Now keep playing
the game until you get HM SURF and HM STRENGTH. When you get those two HM's, go back to the S.S.
Anne and DO NOT get on it or else the Cheat will not work. Instead, use HM SURF and Surf to the right of it and you should end up at an Island. There should be a rock in the middle of it. Use the HM STRENGTH to move the rock. You should battle Mew! Make sure you have a Masterball with you or you will not be able to catch him.
*** NOTE *** Saving with Mew may mess up your game

Chrono Mew

To get Chrono Mew you must get Mew first. Then go to Sefome Island. Use the Item Finder 100 times in different places! Then, on the 101 time, it should respond. You will find the Mist Stone! Use it on Mew and he should evolve into Chrono Mew!

Missing No.

To get Missing No. you must have HM SURF and HM FLY. Get those two HM's and go to Viridian City.
Then talk to the guy who has had his coffee and he should tell you how to catch a Pokemon. Right after that, you must use HM FLY and Fly to Cinnabar Island. Use HM SURF to Surf along the coast of it. Half land and half water. And you should Fight Missing No.! His picture will be all messed up but if you give him a Rare Candy, he should evolve into a Pokemon.
*** NOTE *** Saving with him WILL mess up your game

99 Items

To get a lot of items, before you do the Missing No. Cheat, put the item you want 99 of in the sixth slot of your items. After you beat, capture,
or run from Missing No., your sixth item should have a little symbol by it. The symbol stands for
a high number.

Missingno.
First, go to Viridian city and talk to the guy who catches a Weedle. Now, fly down to Cinibar Island and surf up and down the right side of the island. After the screen goes blank for about 4 seconds, Missingno. should appear. (Note: Although some people say this code has a chance of erasing your game, I have had no problems.) Occasionally, a pokemon that looks like Missingno. but has symbols for a name shows up. If you catch him once, the battle still continues! If you catch him a second time, you get a Ditto. When you level up this pokemon, he evolves into a Kangashkan.

Fight pokemon over level 100
Do the Missingno. cheat. Sometimes pokemon over level 100 appear. You can level them up to L.255 with rare candies, but then they go down to L.0. Although you shouldn't get into regular battles with them (they go down to L.100), you can battle a friend with them! There's more: you can even extend their HP bar. To do this, get them to L.255, then deposit them in a pokemon box, then take them out. Their HP will extend to the next line! Do this as many times as you want.

I have seen they following pokemon over L.100: Bulbasaur, Charmeleon, Golbat, Muk, Magikarp, Electrode, Nidorina, Rapidash, Golduck, Starmie, Snorlax, Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam (no joke), Raticate, Electrode, and Mewtwo.
