Random wrestler, drunk wrestlers, and even full color shadows. :

Throw opponent out of ring during Royal Rumble
Wrestle your opponent until he's stunned on his feat, then get him near the ropes and press Left, Left, C-Down.

Drunk Wrestlers
In Custom or Biographies mode, hold L or R to make your wrestler spin around.

Random Wrestler
At the character selection screen, hold Up and press Block.

Alternate Outfits
On the character select screen, hold all four C-buttons and press A to get an alternate color for any of the wrestlers.

Full Color Shadows
If you win Challenge with ANY character on ANY difficulty, you will have the option for full color shadows. It's like wrestling on a mirror.

Here is a list of controller commands to call in any wrestler you like. :

Hold Z, R, L for backup.
If you would like to select a certain person, press the following buttons at the same time as Z,R,L:
Thrasher: down + tieup
Hunter: right + tieup
Undertaker: right + block
Mosh: down + kick
Ahmed: up + block
Owen: left + block
Austin: up + kick
Faarooq: up + punch
Bret: left + tieup
Kane: down + punch
Shamrock: down + kick
Bulldog: left + kick
Shawn: left + punch
Rocky: right + kick
Mankind: up + tieup
Goldust: right + punch
Note: If you do call for back-up, then you will get disqualified and lose the match, but you can still beat up the opponent!

Secret characters, hidden modes, and a ton of other secrets revealed! :

Wrestle as RattleSnake
Beat versus, tag, cage, weapons, and challenge mode on the hard difficulty level with a user-created wrestler. Then, a pumped-up shirtless Steve Austin with jeans will be selectable as a custom character.

Crowd Control
Start a 2-player match and don't do anything, after about 20 seconds, Vince will say things like "I wonder if they know that the match has even started yet" and "I wonder if they'll bite each other." The fans also say "Looooooser" and "I'm going to kill you!"

Beans Mode
Win the World Title with Mosh on Medium difficulty to access Beans Mode.

Big Heads
Beat the Challenge mode with the British Bulldog.

Bonus Wrestlers
To play as Dude Love and Cactus Jack, win the world title with Mankind. To play as sue the ring girl, win the world title with Bret Hart or Owen Hart on Medium Difficulty. To play as the Trainer, enter Training mode.

Ego Mode
To access Ego Mode, win the World Title with Ahmed Johnson on Medium difficulty.

Female Wrestlers
In order to create a female wrestler you must beat challenge mode with Shawn Michaels or Triple H.

New Duds
Win the WWF title in challenge mode on the medium or hard difficulty level with Kane. Then, additional shirts, jackets, masks, pants, and more clothes will become available in creation mode.

No Meters
To turn off all meters, beat the Challenge mode with the Undertaker.

No Wimps Mode
To get the "No Wimps Mode", which turns off all blocking, win the title with Ken Shamrock on medium or hard modes.

Taunts
Each wrestler can taunt his opponent or show off during a match by pressing one of the following button combinations:

Taunt 1
Press Punch + Block

Taunt 2
Press Tie Up + Kick
