1. To print an image onto a A4 size paper, it is sufficient to work on
a resolution of 200 dpi.
2. If your need a small graphic file, try to save it in jpeg format,
this will save you a lot storage space. This will not reduce too much
of the data/information in your file.
3. When your digital artwork is sent to an output centre, try to convert
the text or fonts in your file to path or curve. Alternatively, you may
bring a copy of your fonts to the centre. It is very high chance that
the output centre might not have the fonts used in your file. Even if
they have the fonts, they might not be willing to search from their
storage as this could be a hassle to them.
