| Casper Stand on your board in the ollie position. Pop the board up and kick it a little so it does half a flip, catch it with your ftont foot under the mid section of the board, and land with your back foot on the underside of the tail. Before you try popping into it you should just put pressure on the edge of the board, flip it over and put your back foot on the tail. If you can pop into it try taking it to the next level and pop into a balanced casper. This is where your feet don't touch the ground, and your balanced on the tail with the nose in the air. once your in the caspe position kick your front foot forwards a bit and flip the board over half a kickflip, it should do half a kickflip and a shove it. Land on the board with your knees bent. |
