Step 1
In this step u need to get a plank of wood and cut a piece as long as u want the ramp to be. On one of the edges cut an angle as shone in the image. For this ramp use an angle of 20 or more aprox.

Step 2
When you get done with step 1 do a triangle as it is shone in the image using the plank of step 1 as the base.

When u finish one of the triangles make the other one that must be the same height and long, but remember that their are symmetrical (the planks that where on the right of the triangle are now on the left.


Step 3
Now put 4 or more ribs as shone in the image. Remember their are perpendicular to the hypotenuse of the triangle.

Step 4
Now screw plywood to the triangles and each of the ribs.

Step 5
Over the plywood screw a masonite that is about 3/4 an inch.

Step 6
Screw a thin metal plate where the masonite touches the floor. This would protect the masonite from the bumping of the wheels.
