im a really shy person myself and i appreiate this site!!
i also think it is good that you have included stuff for unshy people. it makes me so mad when people make a big think out my me being shy. what you put is soo true. i hate it when people are patronising. they say things like - "this is my quiet little friend rachel. shes so shy arent u rachel" - how am i supposed 2 try and be confident wen people say thinhs like that?!
