So the site is back I guess. Happy? Don't care? Didn't think so, but never the less I am back with my unique thoughts and views for your pleasure. Yeah right, you can just X this site out right now, except for the three people who actually read this site. You're the only ones special enough to not X out the site. Anyways, I finally got a job after about a month and a half hiatus of looking for work. I am a sealcoater for Jack Kincaid. He's friends with my parents and my sister is friends with his daughter. Um, on the first day I worked 5:00am to 3:00pm. It wasn't anything too difficult, it was just super long and tiring. We put tar down on a huge ass industrial lot, it was probably the size of two football fields. So yeah, fun stuff. Um, today is the 4th of July, our Indepence Day. Go America. Um, I don't know if I am doing anything today to celebrate it, though I want to. Yesterday I saw Local H at Naperville's Ribfest for 7 bucks so that was cool. Good stuff all around, Local H rocks. Um going back to sealcoating. I am not like an offcial employee or anything, Jack's just going to call me if they need an extra guy if there is work. So that's cool, I don't think I could manage doing it like 5 days a week or whatever. My birthday is coming up on the 10th. I'll be turning twenty. No more teenage years. Thank God. Hopefully I won't have to deal with bullshit drama ever again in my life. HA! There's a good wish that will NEVER come true. My birthday party is going to be July 16th. If you want to know more about it, IM me on Bobby McRoubs, or call me at 708-567-5388.

So my 4th absolutely blew. I did nothing all day. Though it was a Monday and rainy, so I'd imagine not many other people had a blast either, but still I bet it was better than sitting home alone all day. Whatever. Uh, I just got home from Ashbary's with Paul and Andrew was there too. Paul's good buddy, Cassidy, also showed up. We just played some 31 on one of them sit down video game box things. It was fun stuff. Paul is a great person to be around when he's in a good mood. He's a very uplifting person, it's pretty cool. Uh on Wednesday I slept til 5pm and then went to The Creamery out in Mokena with Andrew to visit his girlfriend, Missy, at work. Don't forget my party is July 16th. Questions or concerns about that get ahold of me on AIM at Bobby McRoubs or call me at 708-567-5388.

Well I just woke up. My dad should be home tomorrow from Ohio. He's there with my little sister, Jessica, for her softball nationals tournament. They left on Monday morning so they could see an Indians game before they actually got to where they needed to be in Ohio. Um, last night I went to the pool hall and played pool with Paul, Kyle, and Simon. On one of Simon's breaks the cue ball went in the pocket, touched the bottom of the pocket, and rolled back out onto the table. It was baffling. Once Rob got off work from Tweeter Center he came to the pool hall and we all eventually went to IHOP and grabbed some grub. I got coffee and when I was done I asked them if the big container in front of me was coffee and they said no it's syrup. Not knowing they were being sarcastic I just sat there and didn't drink anything until eventually I was like I want some damn coffee. They're like omg it's in this thing and I was like you said it was syrup! And they're like have you never seen a coffee container before? I was like, well I didn't want to look like a jack ass pouring syrup in my cup. So that was kinda funny. Tonight I might go with Paul, Kyle, Rob, Simon, Cassidy, and Nicole to the horse track to bet on horses with all of them. It's a gathering for Paul's b-day which is on the 19th, so if I do not go tonight, then happy early b-day. He's turning 20 just like me. Except I turn 20 tomorrow, which means I am 9 days older than Paul. Crazy world isn't it? Uh, yeah I'm done.

So Sunday was my b-day. I went out to lunch/dinner with my Mom, sister Kris, and her boyfriend Rich. We went to Bertucci's, small little italian restaraunt on Roberts Road, just south of 103rd on the east side of Roberts. I recommend the place to anyone who enjoys italian food. Kinda pricey, but definitely worth it. After that we all went over to my Aunt's house and I saw her knew Puppy. Name is cooper, younger version of her oldest dog Fred. After that I went and played softball and got a bunch of "Happy B-days" from people. This was by far the worst day of softball all summer. They stuck me on 1st base and they know I can't catch so you can just imagine what it's like having people whip balls at me as hard as they can to try and get the runner out. I couldn't catch a god damn thing and when it wasn't my fault I missed them I was blamed anyways. Joke or no joke, it pissed me the fuck off and I ended up throwing a ball at our 3rd basemen and told him to kiss my ass. Then I went and sat out for like 15 minutes and wouldn't talk to anyone. I'm a very competitive person, and when I'm doing bad, it's bad enough because I get pissed off at myself and I really don't need the whole team putting the blame on me either, joke or no joke. Anyways, so that pretty much ruined my whole game of softball, and we played 4 hours too, so it was kinda an annoying 4 hours. After that though was fun when Dirty, Me, and The Bouhlkes headed to Frank's to swim. It was a pool full of sausage until Jenna showed up and jumped in, without Tor, then Tor came too, then Beth Lelieka(spelling?) came too. Though Tor never got in the pool, she was just there for moral support lol. Um after we all swam for about an hour or maybe a lil bit more we sat around outside and played card games. Speed, Crazy 8's, and 31. I only participated in 31, though I wanted to play Speed, but they were finished before I could play. So that sums up my b-day. Monday I hungout with Joe Paluch, we played Bulder's Gate: Dark Alliance II for xbox, which is a pimp ass game. When we were hungry we went and got some white castle, then came back and played some more. We just chilled pretty much the whole day. Tuesday I hungout with Paul at the Orland Pool Hall, then we went to Ashbury's and played some more 31 on the sit down video game thing. We also played Gin with real cards. After that we went back to the Orland Pool Hall for a bit, then we called it a night around 11pm. Then I went home and watched Hide and Seek. Good movie I must say. It's like a mix of Secret Window and The Amityville Horror. Good stuff, especially since Robert DeNiro is in it. I bought that movie on Tuesday, along with the remake of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I didn't plan on buying The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but since it was only 9.99 I jumped all over it. I also picked up The All-American Rejects newest album and strongly recommend it to anyone who liked their first album or listens to emo. I'm done for now. Don't forget my b-day bash is July 16, this Saturday, call me about it at 708-567-5388, or IM me about it on Bobby McRoubs.

So I've been trying to update for a couple of days now, but maxpages has been retarded. Time for a new webhost? Maybe, but I doubt I can work up the motivation to switch to someone else. Anyways, lately I haven't been doing much. Last night I went to La Coco's with Chuck and his friend Tim and we grabbed some food. We had originally planned to go to some Chinese place, but it was closed when we got there. La Coco's was good though, their Calzone puts Grassano's Pizza Puffs to shame. No joke, it was super good. Only catch is that this place is located just west of 47th and Kedzie. Not exactly the greatest are in the world, but I'd make the trip whenever just cause the food was quality. So tonight I think I'm going to Ashbury's for the In The Wrong and 5th Wall concert, cover is 4 bucks and you gotta buy a drink cause the concerts are upstairs and you need to purchase a beverage to go upstairs at Ashbury's. That's probably the stupidest rule ever anywhere, but whatever. I don't know if I'm going with anyone, Andrew gets off work at 9pm and the concert starts at 9pm, so maybe I'll see him there if he's not tired from work, but other than that I haven't found anyone to go with yet. I'll probably ask Paul to go with though. Scars by Papa Roach is starting to hit me in a strong way. I wasn't a super huge fan of this song at first, but that might have been because of how much mainstream attention it got off the bat. That can always be annoying, but I've looked beyond the idiocy of mainstream America and found my own connection with the song and it's starting to become one of my favorite songs ever really quick. Also, it helps to see the music video for the song to grab onto the meaning, or what I at least feel the meaning of the song is. Anyways, tomorrow night is my party, I'm telling people 6pm, but people usually don't come til like 8pm or later, but whatever. If you want to come, or have questions about it call me at 708-567-5388, or IM me on Bobby McRoubs.

So I had my party Saturday night. I had a feeling it would be a complete bust and boy was I right. It was a complete cock parade and pretty much sucked except for the ending. Who would have known just talking about what you've been up to with two people you haven't talked to in a while could be so enjoyable. Muj, JT, that was some good conversing we had goin on for the first time in forever. Yesterday the highlight of my day was by far softball. I was on, I hit a homerun righty and lefty so I was pumped about that. Not to mention I think I made 2 outs out of like 10 or more at bats. And I made some catches in the outfield. After that, Dirty, Boehlke, Frank, Tor, and myself all went over to the Bonham's for swimming of course. It's like our sunday ritual now to go over to their house and swim after softball. That was fun, and Mrs. Bonham made us hot dogs again. That was clutch cause we were all talkin about how hungry we were anyways. Today I have just been sittin in the house all day. Though soon I believe I am going to see a movie with Andrew if he still wants to, Wedding Crashes, War of Worlds, Land of The Dead are all possibilities. Kevin from The Glacier called me a few minutes ago asking me if I was still going to be at Moraine this year. I told him I'd be there another semester and he asked me if I wanted to still write for the sports section of The Glacier and I told him I'd write anything they wanted me to. Our first meeting is August 1 at 3pm. Anyone who is attending Moraine can attend this meeting if you're interested in writing for them. If you want to write for The Glacier either show up to that meeting, or talk to me about it and go with me or somethin.

:::Wed, July 20, 2005 4:26pm:::
So yesterday was alright. I sat around pretty much all day then decided I was going to see Wedding Crashers by myself if nobody would come with me. Turns out I talked to Andrew about it and he's in. Then moments later Mark McCarthy IMs me online askin me what's up, I tell him, he calls Wally, and those two meet Andrew and I at Crestwood Theaters to see Wedding Crashers. Funniest movie I've seen in a long ass time. Blows Anchorman and Old School outta the water. Not funnier than Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle however. But still a funny ass movie. Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn make a hilarious duo, and Will Ferrell also plays a part in the movie. Right now I am playing in an online Stud Tourney for pokerstars.com. Play money, but still fun, wish me luck though! Um after the movie Andrew went home, Wally dropped me and Mark off at his place, then we got in his minivan and headed to the pool hall. It's been ages since I've ridden in a minivan. Anyways we didn't do much at the pool hall. We ran into Ken Beaver, and his sister Aimee, also Jarr. Shot some Cutthroat with Jarr and played some touch screen, and that was that. After that I played online poker with Justin. Yes, Justin Young.

:::Sat, July 23, 2005 6:14pm:::
Well it's another Saturday and I'm yet again sitting around doing nothing. What a surprise. Last night I saw Bad News Bears (2005) with Frank. Funny as shit. Bill Bob Thorton is the man. PG-13 movies get away with a lot more than they used to. The only thing keeping this movie from being rated R was a bloody murder scene. It has a lot of swearing in it, but it was great either way. Tomorrow I'm supposed to help the guy I work with move furniture in his house cause he's putting down wooden flooring, so there's some money for me. Also tomorrow is always softball. Lets see if I can keep up my hot hitting from last week. That's if we even have a game that is. I know the Boehlke's aren't going to be there cause they're on vacation, but we should play I believe. Hopefully. School starts back up in just under a month. Kinda lookin forward to that so I can write again and finish up at Moraine. On Monday I'll be sending out my application to Eastern Illinois University for the spring '06 semester. I should get accepted considering they're like Moraine Valley, just farther away from me and it's a University, not a Community College. Hopefully I can find something to do tonight. I really don't want to sit in the basement all night. But whatever.

:::Wed, July 27, 2005 11:26pm:::
Should be sendin out my Eastern application tomorrow. Today I worked 12 hrs for sealcoating and I got sunburnt again. Yesterday we played softball in the rain for about and hour and a half. It was fun shit, I hit a couple triples and drove in the game winning run on my 2nd triple. I slid head first into 3rd that triple though and fucked up my rib, I always do when I slide headfirst though. Why keep sliding headfirst? Cause I'm hardcore, that's why. The 12 hrs of work wasn't that bad, we sealcoated like 15 townhouse driveways, basically a block of townhouses. It was like 70k sq ft or some shit. Tomorrow mornin I gotta help the pops move shit around at my aunt's place cause there's bein new carpeting put in. I've got my yahoo football draft comin up this monday. Woot. Tomorrow night I am having people over to play cards. Been in the poker mood lately. Don't ask. Frank's sister Nellie has been more annoying than usual lately. I've been thinking it'd be more exciting to be a Cubs fan because they probably have more crazy endings to their games than any other team I've ever seen play, but they lose a lot of them, so why would I want to have a heart attack over my fav team if they can't win a majority of their games? I can't wait til I am attending Eastern. And I hope I get a cool roommate. That's if I even get in, which I shouldn't have a problem if I get the application in on time. Andrew and Missy went to Warped Tour, enjoyed it. Missy almost beat up some dude cause he punched her in the back for no reason, nobody was playin or anything. What a douche.

:::Mon, Aug 1, 2005 1:11am:::
Just got back from softball and chillin at Frank's afterwards with Boehlke. Softball was decent, I batted lefty all game and was hittin it pretty damn far. Had a couple RBIs, I also pitched for a very long time. It was Cy Young type innings. My team won, of course. Haha, I'm just kiddin. It was a team effort all around. Boehlke is a machine at 3rd. Sox traded for Geoff Blum...How that helps the organization is beyond me. He almost makes up for AJ Burnett...ALMOST...Fuckin bush acquisition I'll tell you that right now. Football season is about a month away thank god. I love watchin football, and doing fantasy football. Speaking of fantasy football, my league still has two slots open, but prob are gonna be taken soon. So far it's, Me, Frank Bonham, Dave Ciorek, Brian Boehlke, Jeff Racic, Juice, Justin Young, and Paul Granholm. Mujahid Ghori and Kenny Boehlke look like to be the managers to fill the last two slots, but who knows. If you want in on the league, the info you need to get in is in my AIM profile. Anyways, after softball Boehlke, Frank, and myself went over to Frank's. Watched some Bill Maher comedy shit, then we went to Windy City Subs, quality food, quality. Then we headed over to Jenna Lungaro's place where Tor and Jenna's lil bro were just to see what they were up to cause we were bored. They weren't doin much, but we had to leave like 10 mins after we got there cause her mom needed to go to bed. So that was pretty much the night. August 6, 2005 is Tor's graduation party...If you know what a Bonham party is like, picture that, 100 times more chaotic though. This is going to be insane. I am going to get so wasted, it's going to be so great. Frank's gonna be security guy tellin kids if they can stay or leave. I think I'll do pool duty again so I can watch all the girls swim in their underwear. I mean, so I can make sure nobody drowns...Yeah...That's going to be the best event of the summer, by far, no questions asked. Now I'm prob gonna go play some MVP and then get some rest. I've got my first Glacier meeting of the year at 3pm today. School doesn't start til Aug 22 though. Oh and Madden 2006 is comin out on Tuesday at Midnight. Once I get my hands on that, the only time I'm leavin my basement is for Tor's graduation and softball the next day if I can help it. I'm a hardcore Madden fan, best football game ever. Fuck ESPN, that shit is bush.

:::Thu, Aug 4, 2005 1:27am:::
So if you like Straylight Run, or Murder By Death, I strongly suggest checking out a band called Lydia. They're pretty amazing. Um, so Madden doesn't come out until this coming Wednesday rather than yesterday, but I thought yesterday and got all excited and disappointed at the same time. Weird feeling. Anyways, had my first meeting with The Glacier on Monday. I'm covering the preview of the Girls Volleyball team. Go me, go spanky pants, I mean Volleyball. Yeah, fo sho. Um so yesterday alls I really did was chat online, play video games, and watch Mind of Mencia at 9:30pm of course. Great show, Carlos Mencia is a funny, funny man. I'm prob gonn either go to Potbelly's tomorrow or call them and ask what's up with my status there if I might get the job or not. I hope I do, I need the money. I saw Sky High with Andrew on Tuesday. Good flick, quality I must say. But I'm not exactly the harshest movie critic there is, but there are a fair shair of movies I dislike. For example, almost anything Depp cause he sucks and is so overrated. I suggest Christian Bale films such as, Equilibrium, Batman Begins, or American Psycho. All great flicks, all great performances by Christian Bale because he pwns Depp. Depp SUCKS, deal with it people. So does Brad Pitt, both of them. They SUCK. They've got nothin on Christian Bale. Anyways, Kurt Russell is in Sky High, another quality, underrated actor. I don't know what's going on with my Fantasy Football League on Yahoo, we have 9 guys, but with school and everyone's schedule there isn't a day we can all be there on. Don't think it'll work out, but we'll
