Here is a code for exp that will take everyone to level 99 after the first battle,but there's a trick to it.The code has to be off when entering a battle.When you kill the last enemy and start the victory dance (which is after you kill the enemy and everybody just moves around like cloud is swinging around his sword),turn the codes on.Before you go to the screen that shows the gold(gil) you found,turn the codes off again or the game will crash.Now every one that joins your party will start at level 99.Here is the code.
