THE HEADSTONES ARE: Hugh Dillon:vocals,guitar Trent Carr:guitar,vocals Dale Harrison:drums Tim White:bass,vocals The Headstones are out of Kingston,Ontario,but the band started when Dillon and Carr hooked up in Toronto. Their first album was Picture Of Health(1993).Which you will easily recognize as a dark cover with a huge smoke being lit up. The next album, Teeth and Tissue, got the Headstones some of the recognition they deserved. They received two Juno nominations in 1996 for best rock album and group of the year. Each of their three albums(see discography) has attained gold status in Canada(50 000+copies sold). The Headstones then continued to spread their name around the continent, with the release of the movie 'Hard Core Logo' directed by Bruce McDonald, starring Hugh Dillon. Dillon also did the Soundtrack for 'Hard Core Logo'.The Headstones have recently signed A U.S. deal which will allow 'Hard Core Logo' to be released in the States. |
