SEC WEST

SEC East

Hello SEC Fans my name is Zac Bell and I have put together an SEC rankings page. I will have the latest stats, scores, and rankings from the SEC and around the country. I hope you you will enjoy this webpage.

The SEC West will be pretty tight this year. You probably will have three contenders for the West crown. First you have the champs from last year, the Auburn Tigers. Their whole backfield was lost, but their defense is still in tact except for the departure of Carlos Rogers. If Tubbs can pull his backfield together, the defense could lead them all the way to the SEC Championship. Secondaly, we have the LSU Tigers. These Tigers are loaded in the backfield. They have JeMarcus Russell under center, Justin Vincet, Joseph Adai, and Ali Broussard as their running backs. I can see many points being scored by this high powered team. The third contender this year will be the Alabama Crimson Tide. The Tide have Brodie Croyle who is determined to make his last season a good one. In the backfield they have Tim Castille, and Ken Darby, two very powerfull runningbacks, and on defense Freddie Roach, Roman Harper, and Charlie Peppara, who will lead them to a good defensive year.

This years East will probably be run by two teams. Tennessee and Florida. First I will talk you about the Tennessee Volunteers. The Vols will be loaded this year. On offense they have an accurate quaterback in Eric Ainge and one of the best running backs in the nation in Gerald Riggs Jr. On defense the Vols have a pretty good line, and linebackers in Justin Harrell and Omar Gaither. The other contender is Florida. Picking up Urban Meyer might be one ofthe smartest things they may have done. Florida returns Chris Leak, DeShawn Wynn, and Andre Caldwell on a very good offense, and on defense they return starters like Ray Mcdounald, Marcus Thomas, and Jarvis Herring
