| Riots are another disaster that isn't really hard to stop and doesn't damage your city too much.The REAL hard ones are tornadoes and sometimes earthquakes.To stop a riot,just place your police force around the area and the riots will stop pretty soon.They only destroy a few buildings most of the time.
