| Developing Farms To develop a farm,you must first zone low-density industrial away from your city,where land values are still low or very low.The farm must be fairly large,but not too large(I normally zone mine about 6x8).The farm must have power,but NOT water.It is also recommended that once your farm develops,you should make everything historical.Once the farm stops building just de-zone any excess tiles(if any)and demolish any other industry that builds in the zone. |
