 Super Memory: Forget about forgetting
 TOXIC PERSONALITIES

From Michele Rivero
Dear Fellow Advocates,
Through our efforts and advocating,
we no doubt have grown intellectually
and spiritually to some extent.
Perhaps one who was on the timid side
now now speaks up for what they believe in.
This strength I believe comes from the
"tests" we get from time to time.
Eventually, each one of us will get a
"hate" e-mail from the opposition,
or a cutting remark that stings
as well as humiliates us.
When faced with with this,
it is imperitive we take
into account a few things:
1) the source of the remark
2) the knowledge source of the remarker
3) the motivation of their remark
Consider the source-they
are the opposition-expect it from them!
Consider the knowledge of the remarker.
Do they REALLY have their facts strait
or have ANY support for their comments
besides their own insecurity?
The motivation of the remarker.
Why did they say this in such a cutting manner?
Could be they feel threatened by our efforts,
after all, our discoveries could cost
them their "cushy" lifestyle!
It also brings their crimes to humanity into light.
Remember, a cornered animal will always attack!
We advocates are faced daily with facts
and reality that are tangible and supportable.
We have no time for silly school yard
name calling by insecure bullies
who must resort to this tactic
to make themselves feel better
about the sins they commit daily.
We face reality daily,
and that takes up more energy and strength
than they will ever exert in their positions.
We need not waste our time, energy
or emotions on their mindless prattle.
Bottom line-read it,
feel sympathy for their ignorance,
then delete and go onto the stuff that matters,
saving our elders.
