| OUR POKEDEX-TOTODILE Hello! well, I'm sure you've all seen lots of web site pokedex's. Some only had the pokemon's name and their #, others had no numbers but had american to japanese translations of the pokemon's name... But I guarantee, this will be the very best web site pokedex you'll ever find! ALL of this is correct, but, in the jap name translations, I have been told that some of them are misspelled, so if you see somethingwrong, please email us telling us about it. But like I told Cyndaquil, the jap translations are simply PRONUNCIATIONS and I'm pretty sure that pronunciations don't technically have a correct or incorrect spelling. Nonetheless, please tell us if you see something wrong. NEWLY ADDED!- The Japanese Gold And Silver pokemon and their OFFICIAL american names!! And since for most of them there isn't much to say yet I included the reason that their names were given such as Quilava- his name was decided by the official namers because of the 2 words "quil" and "lava" All of the gold and silver names ARE TRUE without mistakes and when gold and silver is sold in america, these are the names that they will have!! I did much research for some of their names like checked out a couple japanese to english dictionaries from the library because, oddly enough, some of the AMERICAN pokemon have names that are actually JAPANESE words! Believe it or not, I DO realize that most of these little icon type pictures SUCK, like squirtle, Wartortle and Blastoise are GREEN rather than BLUE, but don't worry because I have almost 2 complete sets of 2 DIFFERENT poses of each specie and I simply felt like doing away with the CRAPPY set of pics so I could delete them from my computer. But rest assured, I DO have plenty of better pics to go on the pokedex, and in the hopefully near future We will have 2 pictures for each pokemon, or I might put the best pic of each specie here and move the crappy ones to the jiant collage of pokemon species.
