Gir was given to Zim to help him on an endless mission to conquor Earth by The Almighty Tallest. They didn't want to give Zim a REAL SIR unit. Gir is aware of nothing and has the attention span of a rodent. Except, ZIM. Gir is aware of his Master Zim. Gir's brain consists of lint, paperclips, basically trash. He loves to sing! "The Doom Song" is one of his master works. During the ride to Earth he sang "The Doom Song" which lasted about 6 months. Gir disguises his robot self in a green dog costume that looks like a kute lil stuffed animal! The zipper is noticable but no one seems to look let alone care. Gir seems to be popular among the Invader Zim cast, most likely due to his sweet self. He often visits MacMeaties!
