Bret "Hitman" Hart is unquestionably the most famous Canuck in professional athletics. His technical expertise combined with the ability to brawl has made him an indomitable force, hitting the USA like a snowstorm blowing in from the North.
Wrestling is in his blood. Bret, a native of Calgary, was raised among Canada's finest grapplers. Bret began his amateur wrestling career in high school. Although highly successful, he did not immediately pursue wrestling as a profession. It was not until he had given up the mat for college that his true passion for the sport ignited.
Throughout his years as a professional, Bret has held the World Heavyweight Title seven times, plus enjoyed much success in tag-team competition. When he's not on the road, Bret spends time in his homeland, where he occasionally writes a column for the Calgary Sun.
VAMPIRO
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 235 lbs.
Hometown: Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada
Signature Maneuver: Nail In The Coffin, Vampiro Spike
True to his namesake he looms in the shadows, keeps to himself and is rarely seen during the daytime.
But when Vampiro does choose to reveal himself under the artificial lights of an arena, he's as fast, powerful and lethal as the dragons inked upon his chest.
The Canadian-born athlete learned his wrestling craft in Mexico, where instructors were stunned at his combination of size, strength and agility. It's not uncommon to see cruiserweights take to the top rope, but rarely had a man over 250 pounds utilized aerials more than once or twice in a match. Vampiro took to the sky with the ease of a bat. Combined with his martial arts skills, he became the most feared fighter south of the border.
As Vamp made his way through the ranks in WCW, many started to take notice; partially for his mysterious look, but mostly for his outstanding wrestling skills between the ropes.
Vampiro answered the call of the 14-time world champion, Ric Flair, as he placed an open challenge to anyone in the dressing room. The Nature Boy was truly tested, and this match brought a new respect from onlookers toward the painted one. Now, Vampiro is at the center of Team Package's attack, as The Total Package and Ric Flair swear to get revenge on Vamp for making them look bad. But the gothic one is not alone in his fight, for out of the darkness emerged an unsuspected ally ... his brother in paint, The Stinger.
THE DEMON
According to legend, the dark and mysterious members of KISS always dreamed of playing music and singing for the masses.
But there was one outcast in the mythical group -- an imposing and powerful figure that found battle far more interesting than ballads and bass lines. While Paul Stanley and Ace Frehley took guitar lessons, The Demon studied mat wrestling and the martial arts. KISS played small gigs in New York to perfect their style; The Demon fought around the world, in hopes of learning all the nuances of classic warfare.
An almost invincible warrior, the white-faced wrestler plans to give wrestling what KISS has offered to rock-and-roll: Complete and utter dominance. After debuting in Las Vegas in the fall of 1999, The Demon has finally left his sarcophagus and began his quest for sports entertainment supremacy.

Birthday: December 27, 1966
Pro Debut: September 22, 1997
Signature Maneuver: Spear and Jackhammer
Goldberg! Goldberg! Goldberg! Legions of believers echo the war chant summoning pro wrestling's greatest gladiator. Owner of wrestling's longest winning streak, 170-0, he has captured wrestling and movie stardom. The big question is Who's Next?
Obake, Japanese for "spirit of the monster" is Goldberg incarnate. Disposing of opponents with viper-like swiftness, he strikes with awesome devastation utilizing the "spear and the jackhammer." Sporting a closely cropped scalp, trade-mark tattoo and psyched-up entrance, this muscle mass of intensity has exploded on WCW with incredible force sending shock waves of acclaim around the world.
Before his wrestling success, Goldberg's relentless, attacking style attracted two-time All-SEC honors at nose guard for the University of Georgia Bulldogs and pro football stints with the Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Rams.
As a long time Oakland Raiders fan who idolized the late, crazed John Mutuszak, Goldberg enjoys "living on the edge." He grew up flying gliders and acrobatic planes with his two brothers in Tulsa. Even though he is the son of a doctor and a concert violinist, he spends most of his time supplying patients rather than being one. Goldberg champions the cause for animals as spokesman for the Humane Society of the United States. He has twice spoken to Congress on Capitol Hill concerning animal-fighting laws.
Goldberg has gained the spotlight with cover profiles in "Entertainment Weekly," "TV Guide" and "POV," along with articles in "People," "Spin," "Rolling Stone," "Gear," "Jerusalem Report," "React Magazine," "The New York Daily News" and "USA Today." He has appeared on the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Live with Regis & Kathie Lee" and "The Dennis Miller Show." Goldberg made his TV acting debut on "The Love Boat." His first big screen project was Universal Soldier II with Jean Claude Van Damme.
Bursting with activity, maybe the real question for Goldberg is What's Next?

STING
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 252 lbs
Hometown: Venice Beach, California
Birthday: March 20, 1959
Pro Debut: 1985
Signature Maneuver: Scorpion Death Lock
A.K.A.: Steve Borden, Blade Runner Flash, Blade Runner Sting
This scorpion's attitude, forged from a friend's betrayal, is a stark departure of the multi-colored face paint, bright ring attire and blond coiffure of years ago. After a time of intimidating silence, Sting is silent no more; ready to build upon his reputation as the "franchise" of WCW.
This native of Venice Beach, Calif. was a major fan-favorite from the beginning of his ring exploits with several "Wrestler of the Year" honors to his credit. Before slamming opponents in the ring, he dunked basketballs in the collegiate ranks, as well as smacked volleyballs and surfed on the California coast. Sting also enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, off-road jeeps, golf and acting. His first work was the 1998 independent release The Real Reason. He also had roles in Hogan's television series "Thunder in Paradise." Sting was featured in a TNT Original Movie, Shutter Speed, which debuted in February 2000.
In 1999, Sting turned against his friends and his fans, siding with the one man who betrayed him from the start. But the fans would not let their hero remain on the side of evil. When the time came, and his one ally stabbed him in the back again, the fans embraced The Stinger, welcoming him back with open arms.
Over a decade ago, Sting was recognized as one of the true future superstars in the sport. Today, with six WCW Heavyweight Title reigns under his belt, he has surpassed anyone's expectations, and has risen from future star to certifiable legend in the world of wrestling.
