INFORMATION ON SAILOR LIBRA
After the death of her grandfather, her personality changed drastically!
A top notch member of the Sailor Zodiacs, who serves as a bossy sailor.
Contrary to her cool and bold exterior, she is known to have a difficult time coping with frustration, which sometimes results in her becoming depressed over trivial matters.
As Sailor Libra, she is very bold and brutal. She takes matters into her own hands and doesn't quite trust the Zodiacs. Her attacks, are pretty nasty, and isn't a pleasant site to see.
ATTACKS
Metalic Molten Burn- (Only used in the first episode. I'm not sure if she uses it again though)
The camera focuses on her brooch for a start. As soon as she says "Metalic..", you can see her holding out a blackish ball of enegy. The ball, eventually becomes a piece of molten hot metal, at the word "Molten..". She does a twist in the air, somersaults and she throws out the molten metal at her enemy. At this point, she yells "Burn!!". The way she does the bit of "Burn!!", is similar to Dragon Ball's "Kame hame ha!!", or something like that.
Libra Scale Throw- This is a hard attack to type out, and it's not that easy, so I'll try.
First, her eyes glow all blue and spooky. Everything turns dark and still. The she raises her arms to her side (like a scale), and temperature drops drastically. She commands "Libra....." Twists in the air. "Scale....." this is when she brings forward her arms, like she was reaching out. "Throw!!" scale like discus' shoot off her hand, like Xena throwing her Chakram. Somehow, this attack is similair to "Cancer Vicegrip!!". The only differences, is that she does a different dance, but the same attack, as in throwing the discus.
SPECIAL
Harmonius Fantasy Shiver- She snaps her hands together, like Fire Storm. Then her eyes glows green. Whoever makes eye contact, will be paralyzed, and placed in a deep trance
Fantasy Drizzle Torture- Metal spikes are formed, surrounding her enemy by top, bottom, sideways etc. So there is no escape from this attack! She thrusts her arms, backwards so that her brooch is displayed in full view. She then multiplies herself at the words "Fantasy Drizzle" this is when she surrounds her enemy, with her multiplications. At the final death word "Torture!!", the spikes appear from her brooch and punctures the life out of her enemy.
SUPER SPECIAL
Metallic Universal Chaos- Libra gathers negative energy from the universe, and surroundings. Now, all of her attacks are negatively charged (The enemies of the Nega World, has negative energy for attacks). The attacks which she uses, then can instantly kill the enemy, or make the enemy boost up energy. This attack depends on how lucky she is or isn't.
Metallic Universal Peace- Libra releases the negative energy she uses. Out of all the zodiacs, she is the only one known to live to power of negativity.
Libra Magical Mutation- This attack is what makes Libra so cool! She transforms into an enemy and can stay like that for a limited amount of time, depending on which enemy she chooses. She doesn't quite do a dance, but instead she does a chant. She says:
"Oh power of Libra!!
Allow me to perform this mutation!!
I call upon the power of Central Star, and the power of Libra!!
Mutate me into the enemy !!"
A fluorescent green light engulfs Libra. When the light fades, voila! She transforms into one of the enemies. This attack, drains her life of a minimum of 45%.
FORBIDDEN/DEATH ATTACKS
Ruthless Turbulent Extermination: She summons up all her energy, as she calls upon the darkness of the universe. When she says "Ruthless Turbulent Extermination", clouds of gray and black covers the skies, and blackens out the sun. The atmosphere grows heavy and thich with gases. Then, from the skies, the clouds disperse into tiny explosive crystals and endlessly fall from the sky, until darkness is gone and vanquished from our universe, and so is human life.

Libra Power- Transforms into Sailor Libra
Libra Cosmic Power- Transforms into Super Sailor Libra
Libra Crystal Power- Transforms into Sailor Scalethrower Libra
