The very first android we are introduced to, Android #8, looks like Frankenstein. We see android #8 in Muscle Tower, when Goku is trying to make it through. Android #8 is ordered to kill Goku, but refuses. He then joins Goku for a short period, but doesn’t do much.
Android #13

Series: DBZ
Saga: Movie 7
The main android in Movie 7 is Android #13. He is the first android introduced in the movie. From the start you can tell he is the main villain. Goku tries his luck against Android #13 and it is pretty much an even fight. After Androids #14 and 15 are defeated, Android #13 absorbs their broken bodies and becomes a super android.

A very muscular android with light-purple skin, Android #14 is very strong. He lacks something very important, a brain. This defect makes him weak in battle. Android #14 is killed by Trunks, but shrapnel from his body is taken in by Android #13. He, along with Android #15, are absorbed by Android #13 to create a super android.

Saga: Movie 7
Even though Android #15 dresses weird, he is still a strong fighter. He also carries around a canteen, which he drinks from quite often. He is not as strong as android #14, but he is smarter. Android #15’s brain doesn’t get him anywhere, as Vegeta destroys him easily. He, and Android #14, are absorbed by Android #13 to make a super android.
Android #16

Series: DBZ, DBGT
Sagas: Android, Cell, Super 17
Being only an experiment, Android #16 is different from the other androids. This difference is that he was not based on a human model. He is by far the strongest of all the androids, but he does not like to fight. Android #16’s main love is nature. As Cell killed Android #16, this triggered Gohan to become Super Saiya-Jin 2. During Dragon Ball GT, he makes an appearance in the Super 17 saga to talk with Android #17.

The twin of Android #18, Android #17 is the fiercest of all the androids. He is created only to kill Goku. Later in the series, Android #17 kills his creator Dr. Gero by kicking his head off. Android #17 is absorbed by Cell to make him Perfect Cell. During Dragon Ball GT, Android 17 comes back. He fuses with Artificial #17 to become a super android. Super Saiya-Jin Goku 4 ends up killing him.

Android #18 is the only female android, being Android #17’s twin sister. She has as equal strength as her brother. After the Cell saga, Shenlon grants Android #18 into a human body. Soon after, she falls in love with Kuririn and they have a daughter named Marron. During Dragon Ball GT, she steps in front a ki blast intended for Goku.

Even though he is fat, Android #19 is also strong. He, along with Android 20, are the first androids shown in Dragon Ball Z. Android 19 underestimates Vegeta’s power, and is killed by him.

Android #20, could also be called Dr. Gero, since they are the same person. Dr. Gero underwent a transplant to become stronger. He looks like an old man. Android #20, or Dr. Gero, is the creator of all the androids. He is killed by Android #17.

Baata

Very fast and agile, Baata is the biggest member of the Ginyu Force. Baata has navy blue skin with a yellow streak across the top of his head. Most of his attacks are combined with Jese. Baata is beaten by Goku, but ultimately killed by Vegeta.
Babadi
Race: Majin
Series: DBZ
Saga: Buu
Son of Bibidi, the creator of Majin Buu, Babadi follows in his father’s footsteps. Babadi has yellow skin, and wears a robe. He is the one that releases Majin Buu from where he is contained. Babadi accompanies Buu until Buu turns on his master, and kills him.
Bardock
Race: Saiya-Jin
Series: DBZ
Sagas: Freeza, Bardock Special
The father of Goku, Bardock is a middle-class Saiya-Jin fighter. Bardock discovers Freeza’s plot to destroy planet Vegeta, and tries to stop him. No other Saiya-Jin’s believe Bardock, so he is forced to go confront Freeza alone. He is not enough as Freeza throws his Deathball at the planet Vegeta and destroys it, and the entire Saiya-Jin race.
Bebi
Race: Tsufuru-Jin

Saga: Bebi
The small creature Bebi does not look strong, but he is strong. Bebi’s special power is that he is able to go into anyone’s body and possess them. His favorite target is the Saiya-Jins, as seen when he takes over Gohan, Goten, and Vegeta. His most lethal stay in anyone’s body is when he possesses Vegeta’s body.
Bebi Vegeta
Race: Tsufuru-Jin, Saiya-Jin
Series: DBGT
Saga: Bebi
A combination of Bebi and Vegeta, Bebi Vegeta is a deadly mix. He is created when Bebi was looking for a body to possess, and he choose Vegeta’s. Bebi Vegeta is the strongest person in the universe for a long time. With the Black Star Dragon Balls, he wishes for the planet Tsufuru to be brought back, in place of Namek. Bebi Vegeta has the ability to become a Golden Oozaru. After Bebi’s long reign of terror, Super Saiya-Jin Goku 4 stops him, in probably the best Dragon Ball GT battle.
Bee

Everyone’s favorite dog, Bee, is owned by Mr. Satan. Mr. Satan gets the gift of Bee from Mr. Buu, (the good Fat Buu). Bee does not really do much throughout Dragon Ball Z, she is just a lovable dog.
Bibidi

Series: None
Sagas: None
Even though we don’t see Bibidi in the series, he does exist. Bibidi is the father of Babadi. Bibidi was the great magician who created Buu. Bibidi is killed in a fight with a Kaioshin.
Blind Kid

Saga/s: Buu
I don’t know the name of the Blind Kid who is in the Buu Saga. Fat Buu becomes rather friendly with this boy. The Blind Kid tells Buu he is going to buy milk. Yes, that’s about all he does.
Blue Shogun
Race: Human
Series: DB
Saga/s: All
A leader of the Red Ribbon army, however not a very good one. Blue Shogun considered himself as strong. He opposed Goku for quite a long time. As he sent his army to dispose of Tao Pai Pai, he didn’t expect trouble to happen. Blue Shogun was killed by Tao Pai Pai easily, as Tao Pai Pai only used his tongue.
Bojack

Saga: Movie 9
A fighter not to be taken lightly, Bojack is very deadly. He has green skin, and is the main villian in Movie 9. He comes into play by taking over a martial arts tournament being held. He has many minions do his deeds for him. After his minions are defeated by Super Saiya-Jin 2 Gohan, he must take on Gohan himself. In this task, he fails, as Gohan destroys him with a Kame-Hame-Ha.
Bra
Race: Half Saiya-Jin, Half Human
Series: DBZ, DBGT
Sagas: Buu, Bebi, Super 17, Shenlon
The second child of Vegeta and Buruma, Bra is just the opposite of a Saiya-Jin. She is the only Saiya-Jin that doesn’t fight. Instead of fighting, her obsession is shopping. Bra looks exactly like a younger Buruma. Her fighting power isn’t strong, but her love for her parents is.
Dr. Briefs
Race: Human
Series: DB, DBZ, DBGT
Sagas: All
Buruma’s dad, Dr. Briefs, is a main player in the entire show. He is where Buruma gets her technological skills. He makes many inventions during the series. Dr. Briefs is not one of the main fighting characters in the series, but in his own way, he fights just as much as anyone else.
Brolli
Race: Saiya-Jin
Series: DBZ
Sagas: Movies 8, 10, 11
The legendary Super Saiya-Jin, Brolli, is supposedly the strongest Saiya-Jin ever. At his birth, he had a power level of 10,000! He was born on the same day as Goku. As they lay aside as infants, Goku’s constant crying gives Brolli hatred towards Goku. Brolli first shows up in Movie 8, where he sets out to find Goku. Goku kills him in Movie 8. He reappears in Movie 10. This time, with the help of Trunks and Gohan, the three Saiyan-Jins all shoot a Kame-Hame-Ha at the same time, causing the death of Brolli once again. Brolli makes his final appearance in Movie 11, as a large blob. He is reconstructed as a biological weapon. Goten and Trunks kill Brolli this time. Even though he is the legendary Saiya-Jin, he cannot defeat the Z Warriors.
Bubbles

Bubbles is one of two beings who live with the North Kaio-Sama on his planet. He is the first opponent everyone must face when they seeks training from North Kaio. Bubbles, having experienced 10 times normal gravity for so long, is a natural for this job.
Bulma
Race: Human
Series: DB, DBZ, DBGT
Sagas: All
The daughter of Dr. Briefs, and the wife of Vegeta, Buruma is a technological genius. She is the second character introduced in Dragon Ball. Buruma is excellent with technological things. She always is on the search for the Dragon Balls, up until mid-way through Dragon Ball Z. Her first love is Yamucha, but she soon falls for Vegeta. She never enters any battles, but is still one of the main characters in the show.
Buu
Race: Majin
Series: DBZ
Saga: Buu
Even though he is pink, the strongest villian in all of Dragon Ball Z is Buu. He was created long ago by the magician Bibidi. He is released by Bibidi’s son, Babadi. After being released, he destroys his master Babadi, and soon destroys everyone. At one time, everyone except Goku, Vegeta, and Buu are dead on Earth. Buu has many evolutions he undergoes, similar to Cell. He starts as Majin Buu, then he becomes Fat Buu, then Super Buu, then Kid Buu. In the end, Buu is destroyed by Goku’s Super Genkidama.

Cell

An evil being in his own way, Cell is the fiercest of the androids. Cell was the master creation of Dr. Gero. Cell has cells of all the strongest fighters in the universe. Cell has three forms total. The three being: ordinary Cell, mutated Cell, and perfect Cell. Cell really doesn’t have a ton of evil in him unlike some villians. This shows in how Cell wants to make a “game” or “challenge” out of everything. An example being that he wanted Gohan to go Super Saiya-Jin 2, because he wanted a good match. Cell meets his match though, when Gohan destroys him with a Super Kame-Hame-Ha. In Dragon Ball GT, Cell comes out of hell along with Freeza and Android #17, but he is defeated by Pikehan.
Cell Jr.'s
Race: Android
Series: DBZ
Saga: Cell
The small beings that come out of Cell’s back are known as Cell Jr’s. They have a very strong fighting power for just creations. Cell can create Cell Jr’s at will. Each of the Cell Jr’s easily took care of the entire Z Team, until Gohan turned Super Saiya-Jin 2.
Chaozu
Race: Unknown
Series: DB, DBZ, DBGT
Sagas: All
The size of Chaozu does not stop him from trying to be strong. Chaozu is the smallest of all the Z Warriors. He and Tenshinhan are linked telepathically. Chaozu competes in everything the others do, but he does not succeed much. Chaozu is the weakest of all the Z Warriors.
Chi-Chi
Race: Human
Series: DB, DBZ, DBGT
Sagas: All
“The woman stronger than any Super Saiya-Jin, Chi Chi” in the words of Kame-Sennin. Why would a woman have this title? She is very obsessive of her two sons, Gohan and Goten, and, she also has worries for her husband Goku way too much. She is in almost total control of what these three men/boys do. Chi-Chi does whatever possible to keep her family near to her.
Chii-Shenlong

Evil dragon of the 7 star dragonball.
Commander Red
Race: Human

Saga/s: Red Ribbon Army
The leader of the Red Ribbon army is none other than pirate patch man, Commander Red. Commander Red is the mastermind behind the entire Red Ribbon Army. When the palace is being invaded by Goku, Commander Red tries to escape, but fails. Goku puts an end to the Red Ribbon then and there.
Cyborg Freeza
Race: Cyborg
Series: DBZ
Saga: Freeza
Once Freeza was blown to pieces by Goku and the exploding Namek, his father King Cold recovered his body parts. Using the strongest material possible, Freeza was rebuilt into a killing machine once again. This new body was not strong enough though. When he went to Earth in hopes to destroy it, he met up with the blade of Trunks. Freeza did not come back that time.
