Q & A:
Question: YOU KNOW ABOUT APRIL FOOL DAY?!
Answer:
As regards your question on April Fool Day I know not for certain the interpretation given by you as attached, however according to most definintions in the Chrsitiandom and Indian continent, April Fool has been described as follows:
Called in France "un poisson d' Avril" (q.v.) and in Scotland a "gowk" (cukoo). In Hindustan similar tricks are played at the Huli Festival (March 31st). So that it cannot refer to the uncertainty of the weather, nor yet to the mockery trial of our Redeemer, the two most popular explanations.
A better solution is this: As March 25th used to be New Year's Day, April 1st was its octave, when its festivities culminated and ended.
In a classic reference by major dictionariy (ies) of phrase & fable further information ma be useful:
For the same reason that the "Mockery of Jesus" is rejected as a solution of this custom, the tradition that it rose from Noah sending out the dove on the first of the month may be set aside.
Perhaps it may be a relic of the Roman "Cercalia" held at the beginning of April!. The tale is that Proserpina was sporting in the Elysian meadows, and had just filled her lap with daffodils, when Pluto carried her off to the lower World. Her mother, Ceres, heard the echo of "the voice;" but her search was a fool's errand, it was hunting the gowk, or looking for the "echo of a scream."
:. Of course this fable is an allegory of seed-time.
Furthermore, let me illustrate some additional example as follows:
My April morn - i.e. my wedding day; the day when I was made a fool of. The allusion is to the custom of making fools of each other 1st of April.
Another example is that of,
April Gentleman (An). A man newly married, who has made himself thus "an April fool."
I hope and pray that above explanation would help satisfy your quest.
May Allah increase us in knowledge.

Seven Deadly Sins:

Seven Senses:
Scared out of my seven senses. According to very ancient
teaching, the the soul of man, or his "inward holy body"
is compounded of the seven properties which are under the
influence of the seven planets. Fire animates, earth gives
the sense of feeling, water gives speech, air gives taste,
mist gives sight, flowers give hearing, the south wind gives
smelling. Hence the seven senses are animation, feeling,
speech, taste, sight hearing, and smelling.

Things to come:
Types of Things to Expect
This is what technology has for us in the coming centuaries
Focusing the future has certainly been a dangerous profession
On record, inventors and discoveres were sometime regarded in
their times as out of touch, insane or even heretics
Today, their is reluctance to discard conventional wisdom and
embrace new ideas, sometimes to blend one with the other
instead of blind following
However, excellent champions - people such as Einstein, Newton,
Voltaire, Socrates or even Nostradamus have persistantly had the
determination of their convictions: that is to say, the ability
to ask the relevant questions and strength to continue to ask
until they got what they wanted
In truth, some people would welcome this as a good developments
worthy to enhance our understanding of the world and our desire
to shape the quality of things; on the other hand, others would
view these as interfering with nature, hence therefore not
relevant and disdain with alarm
Either way, it is evident that these inventions and innovations
are here to stay, even as we match forward to the new centuary.

Knowing the unknowable Peacedeal
A viable and lasting peace in the Middle East through solving Arab-Israeli conflict is the key to world security.
With demise of the Soviet empire, Islam is seen as the greatest threat unjustifiably.
It is important to understand the root course of the problem before specific valuesare assigned.
A truly genuine state for the Palestine with Jerusalem as its capital, returned of pre 1967 boarders and land captured by Israel could and should help reduce tension in the region.
On the other hand, full withdrawal of American troops from the Gulf region and reduction of self-minion attitude over cheap free flow of oil (its so-called national interest).
It is not impossible for any nation to realise that in this day and age a country cannot continue to muzzles its prowess at the expense of popular domestic discontent even if she chooses to do so.
Unless there is frank change of heart, the West would continue be regarded with suspicion and double face because of in action when it comes Israel and that countrys repeated violations of Security Council resolutions.
The new momentum generated following the September 11 attacks, efforts must be doubled to redress the courses of conflicts through sound and fruitful negotiation involving all parties. Participants must be ready to give in and take.
Peace is vital and without which security will be imperilled.
We all want peace with opportunity to succeed and consequently, solving problems in the Middle East is key to world peace and that must go intertwine with justice.
To draw an analogy with current conflict in Afghanistan and in spite of clear differences of strategy between White House and Pentagon over the formers fear of escalating tension and desire to keep the fragile alliance intact, Pentagon has step-up its bombardments of Afghanistan.
Voices are continuing to be raised in Western capitals especially in Germany where the junior coalition partner the Greens are calling for suspension of attacks.
The longer this conflict last, coupled with looming recession, the more unpopular the war becomes.
It was inconceivable, few weeks ago those calling for war are now in the bandwagon calling for political solution!
The Anthrax discovered in several places is increasingly giving worry to many people and the fear of possible biological attacks.
Unless authorities are able to arrest the situation, anxiety will continue to grow adding to already volatile situation.
With bombing of food deport own by the Red Cross, humanitarian effort is increasingly becoming more indispensable.
The kaleidoscope has been truly shaken. The particles are influx it is time to make peace!

The Battle of the Media
This is a kind of propaganda with a difference. It is a battle to win the heart and mind of people at home as well as to maximise impact among Muslims as well as wider Islamic world. No one other than by British Prime Minister heads the war.
In his first ever interview to Muslims, Arabs and British Journalists today, he gave a strong signal yet for possible deployment of ground troops in a matter of days or weeks.
This is the nearest indication given by a Western Leader. It was echo also by a speech delivered by George Bush
slow but surely
Canada and Australia are also sending ground troops.
Special forces may already be in place. Uzbekistan could be a possible point of an early attack or possibly behind cover from Northern Alliance.
The briefing today is part of a series of interviews, but also an attempt to reach out to wider Muslim World.
Tony Blair is a master tactician of spin upto a point and thus far, he is making the best out of it.
The alliance so far, it is a kind of marriage of convenient between progressive socialist now renamed The Third Way formerly headed by Bill Clinton and the newly US president of the right Republican George Bush.
It is a propaganda of a sort it works on both ways; seems to reassure, but at the same time helps to restraint the war from escalating to places say like Iraq, Libya, Lebanon and Syria. To some extent he seems to be a calming influence, for how long it remains to be seen.
The real question comes when both sides begin to see body bags and unpleasant things in front of their TV.
Reserved your judgement you aint seen nothing yet!

To Create a Better World Testing Time Ahead
The West is yet to learn how to fight terrorism.
The military can kill a terrorist, but it cannot kill terrorism as long as there are injustices in the world.
The only way to reduce terrorism is by finding ways to diminish the causes of terrorism injustice.
Our difference with the West is mechanism not the principle.
Until now, everything is all about war, the bombardments has been going on, Bin Laden is still at large, no food is reaching the innocent victims of the war and humanitarian supplies in massive shortage and there is still no end to the dropping of bombs.
By their own admission, the west is running out of targets, so why continue the war and how could the west expect to win the hearts and minds of the Afghans when they are subjected to misery and destruction?
No doubt, such act can only bread hatred and further terrorism.
Arguably, if American military actions in Afghanistan continue into Ramadan (Muslims Fasting Time) and without any signals of a new political thinking in place, I am afraid more Muslims who are already protesting over Americans would be more vocal throughout the Muslim World.
Essentially, Ramadan is also a period for the believers to strengthen our commitment to Islamic causes.
Unless America stop the war, many nations currently giving support would increasingly find it difficult as a result of domestic pressure and consideration to do so under circumstances as well as to be able to justify the need for further support.
In the meantime, destruction of Afghanistan would continue and the Afghans would suffer as a result but their resolve would hardly diminish.
By and large, America would come to realise the mess it has created; the job will not be finished yet, just like Iraq and everyone in the region will pay a hefty price further turmoil and instability.
Is the Northern Alliance an alternative, I doubt very much. The union is not an inclusive or reflection of the Afghan society either, hence not a formidable force.
They are incapable of organising a successful defence of themselves let alone of the whole country. Needless to talk of their ill-discipline, which in the event of their entry to power would spill disaster in the streets not so long ago, they proved themselves for that what they are a bunch of war-loads with insatiable appetite for looting and raping innocent people they are suppose to govern and protect, whose consequences would rest for generations as a result of US military operations.
The testing times are by no means over!

The Screte of War over Afghanistan: Religion or Oil?
In the next days, weeks or years the true motive of the war as we have been saying for some time now will emerge that it was over commodity and none other than OIL.
This is part of a plan which is yet to materialise since the demise of the former USSR that would facilitate free flow of oil to a proximity via Pakistan to Europe and vis-a-vis World Market.
The vast oil reserve in the Central Asian Republics make Afghanistan an easy land corridor in which to pump oil through pipe lines to avoid over-dependant on supplies from the Gulf countries and because of trouble some of the region. Price and logistic are two compelling reasons. watch out in the coming days, weeks or even years and one thing for certain, you would never hear it been said so often. In advertently, this story too!
