My greatest accomplishment was to first accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and my second biggest accomplishment was giving birth to five beautiful baby boys. Just watching them grow into loving, kind, independent individuals has continually filled my life with happiness and joy. Everyone needs a silver lining around the dark clouds that often intrude into their world and my wonderful sons happen to be mine. It hasn’t always been easy, especially after I became a single mom, many hardships followed, along with misunderstandings and heartbreaks. Boys need two parents to help them grow up, but my children didn’t have that. I did my best which probably wasn’t good enough at the time. Regardless, I taught them about Jesus Christ and I want to believe that my children have been saved and we will all be together again when we get to Heaven. I have a couple of children I’m not sure about but I pray continually that if they haven’t been saved they soon will be. Two of my sons are following their father’s ways… pretty much caught up in material things and making money…I do believe there’s nothing wrong with that if they put God first. And if any of my children have not repented, said the sinner’s prayer and invited Jesus into their hearts and life, then I hope and pray…everyday…that they will. God’s Word says that He will give me my hearts desire if I follow Jesus and I have faith and trust that He will. God doesn’t lie. Praise His Holy namE! Bottom line: I am so very, very proud of my family… now and forever. And if I had to do it all over again…as far as my family goes…I would do it all over again...without hesitation.
