THEMING: When Alton Towers were excavating the trench to build their new ride (Arrow Pipeline Coaster) they came across the Alien Creature. They soon called in the M.O.D (Ministry of Defence) and left it to them. However the M.O.D could not remove it and so they tried to incinerate it. But It awoke and so to keep it from feeding on the guests they had to build a ride around it and pen it down with steel. However, the Alien got control of the ride system and it now feeds on the guests whenever they come for the day!
FEATURES: Multi-element, Terrain.-Nemesis became Europe's first Inverted coaster. Nemesis is 440 tons of steel and nestled in a solid rock ravine. A pool fills with blood from streams cascading down the rock wall. Riders are offered an unnerving upside down view of this monster as they go through a 360 degree loop. The ride was built in a large pit which was dug because of local height restrictions.
