| Cheats Banjo-Tooie Unlock various cheats Step 1 -- find the aptly named Cheato in the witch's head on Spiral Mountain. He will enable a cheat every time you find five of his "pages." Step 2 -- now the cheats have to be entered in the Mayahem Temple found near Wumba's Wigwam. Grenade eggs are required to enter the temple. Step 3 -- spell out the cheat codes on the board of letters found inside the temple. Note: the first of the five cheats listed below can be unlocked without having to find Cheato's pages. FEATHERS -- doubles the amount of red and gold feathers you can carry, or CHEATO SREHTAEF without finding the pages. EGGS -- doubles the amount of eggs you can carry, or CHEATO SGGE without finding the pages. FALLPROOF -- no damage will occur from falling, or CHEATO FOORPLLAF without finding the pages. HONEYBACK -- regenerates your health bar, or CHEATO KCABYENOH without finding the pages. JUKEBOX -- fixes the jukebox in Jolly Roger Bay to play in-game music tracks, or CHEATO XOBEKUJ without finding the pages. HONEYKING -- infinite energy and air. NESTKING -- infinite eggs of all types, and infinite feathers of both types. HOMING -- homing eggs lock onto the enemy. Increase swimming speed Press A + B to increase your speed in the water. Find the pink egg from Banjo-Kazooie Step 1 -- return to Spiral Mountain, and above the tree stumps where the speed shoes are located is a hole. Step 2 -- look in the hole, and there will be metal bars surrounding a Banjo-Kazooie Game Pak. Step 3 -- use grenade eggs to remove the metal bars. Step 4 -- go up to Gruntilda's Lair and get a flight pad to fly back to the hole. Step 5 -- break open the Game Pak to find the pink egg. Find the blue egg Step 1 -- return to Spiral Mountain, and take the flight pad up to a waterfall with a hole in it. Step 2 -- jump straight through the falling water. Step 3 -- use the grip-grab skill to remove the bars. Step 4 -- break open the Game Pak to find the blue egg. Find the ice key (requires grip-grab skill) Step 1 -- go to Jinjo Village and look behind the Green Jinjo's House. Step 2 -- find the sandy spot, and a crack in the wall will be visible. Step 3 -- get up the nearby platform and climb across to a hole. Note: plants will try to bite you! Step 4 -- enter the cave and, you will see the Game Pak. Step 5 -- break open the Game Pak to find the ice key. |
