I think the people who are considered losers, geeks, or any other cruel titles
always dream about being popular, even if it was for a day. Just to know what
it feels like to be in control, and have everyone else want to be you...but
is it really so good? Not all, but most popular people aren't the nicest.
I wouldn't want to be friends with someone who puts others down just so they
can be raised up a little bit more each time. Haven't you ever noticed that
everyone dislikes the popular crowd? It's not just you, chances are a lot
of people feel the same way. So maybe you are called a loser, geek, or some
other name we're given. Who cares? If someone said you were purple would you
believe it? I doubt it! Just because people call you that doesn't mean you are,
by believing that you are and showing that they're hurting you is just letting
them win. I know it's hard for that to not hurt your feelings, but if you
pretend like you don't care, chances are they'll back off. |
